Claims (8)

  1. 간격이 떨어진 1쌍의 단부 부재와 그 단부 부재들 사이에서 유압실을 형성하도록 상기 단부 부재와 연결된 1쌍의 환상 단부 비이드를 갖는 중간의 가요성 탄성 슬리이브를 가진 형식의 유압 장치에 있어서, 환상 고체 열가소성 비이드 링이 상기 슬리이브의 각 단부속에 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개량된 유압장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 간격이 떨어진 각 단부 부재들이 슬리이브의 단부 비이드 둘레에 크림핑된 환상의 감긴 단부를 갖는 유압장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 비이드 링이 비보강 나일론인 유압장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 나일론이 지방족 나일론인 유압장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 나일론이 폴리(헥사메틸렌 아디페이트)인 유압장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 비보강 열가소성 물질의 제3링이 2단부링의 중간에서 탄성 슬리이브 내에 성형된 유압장치.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 나일론이 73℉에서 약 13,600psi 인장강도 및 항복강도와, 73℉에서 약 470,000psi의 고탄성 계수를 갖는 나일론 66인 유압장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 나일론이 약 495℉의 융점, 66psi에서 425℉ 및 264psi에서 171℉의 변형온도를 갖는 유압장치.
