Claims (8)

  1. 조리실(12), 음식물을 지지하여 조리실 내부로 이송시키는 컨베이어(30), 공기의 주상 젯트류를 형성하여 컨베이어(30)위에 지지된 음식물의 불연속적인 부위에 전기한 젯트류를 충돌시키도록 조리실(12) 내에 설치된 다수의 공기 충돌 닥트 핑거(32a)(32b)(34a)(34b), 전기한 핑거(32)(34)에 결합된 다수의 플레넘(48a)(48b) 및 플레넘(48a)(48b)에 공기를 공급하도록 플레넘(48a)(48b)에 결합된 다수의 팬(46a)(46b)으로 구성된 음식물 제조용 오븐에 있어서, 이 오븐이 다수의 플래넘(48)에 관련되고 전기한 다수의 플레넘(48)에 공급되는 공기를 가열하는 위치에 설치된 오직 하나의 단일 버어너(70)를 갖고 있고 이 버어너(70)는 버어너(70)에서 열 에너지를 전기한 다수의 플레넘(48)에 선택적으로 배분하는 배분장치(96)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 음식물에 제조용 오븐.
  2. 청구범위 1항에서, 전기한 배분장치가 회등성 배플판(96)으로 구성되어 버어너(70)의 화염이 선택적으로 편향되게 되었음을 특징으로 하는 오븐.
  3. 청구범위 1항에서, 전기한 배분장치가 버어너의 화염을 편향시키도록 위치한 절곡 가능한 판상체(96)임을 특징으로 하는 오븐.
  4. 청구범위 1항에서, 버어너(70)가 부압 구역을 생성시켜 화염을 오븐이 최소한 일측벽(42)으로 부터 떨어지도록 유도하는 화염 전환장치(102)를 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 오븐.
  5. 청구범위 4항에서, 전기한 전환 장치가 전기한 조리실(12)로 부터 플래넘(48)쪽으로 회수되는 환류 공기류의 진로에 있는 전기한 버어너(70)의 화염 전방에 위치하는 제2배플판(102)임을 특징으로 하는 오븐.
  6. 청구범위 1항에서, 버어너(70)의 화염의 버어너로 부터 전기한 플레넘(48)들 사이로 베출됨을 특징으로 하는 오븐.
  7. 청구범위 1항에서, 전기한 버어너가 버어너 슬리이브 조립체(88)를 포함하고, 전기한 버어너 슬리이브 조립체(88)는 일단에 화염이 배출되는 화염공(94)을 갖는 관상 부재로 구성되고 단부 캡(92)을 포함하면, 단부 캡(92)은 절곡부(98)에서 상향 절곡된 배플판(96)을 포함하고 배플판(96)의 경사 각도는 절곡부(98)에서 전기한 배플판(96)을 절곡시켜 선택으로 변경시킬 수 있게 되었음을 특징으로 하는 오븐.
  8. 청구범위 7항에서, 이 오븐이 화염공(94) 전방에 위치하도록 관상부재(90)에 고정된 고정 배플판(102)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 오븐.
