제1도는 본 발명의 캐치핑거(catcher finger)에 의해 지지되는 용이하게 찌그러진 생성물상품, 즉 사과를 나타내고 있는 본 발명장치의 부분입면도.
제2, 3 및 4도는 각각 생성물상품을 잡아 시일링 하고 튜브를 절단시키는 공정을 나타낸 개략도.

Claims (10)

  1. 열가소성필름으로 형성된 횡방향의 시일링된 튜브내에 제품 물품을 개별적으로 포장하는 수직형의 충전 및 시일기계에 있어서, (a) 상부포장(upper package)의 저면부와 하부포장(lower package)의 상면부를 동시에 시일링하여 상기 시일(seals) 사이에서 튜브필름(tubular film)을 절단시키는 횡방향의 히이트시일링(heet seeling) 및 절단수단과, (b) 상기 제품물품이 수직으로 상기 튜브내에 떨어질때 상기 저면부시일 또는 히이트시일링 수단에 상기 제품 물품이 충돌하지 못하게 상기 히이트시일링 및 절단수단과 조합시킨 캐처핑거수단(catcher finger means)를 구성시킴을 특징으로 하여 찌그러지기 쉬운 물품을 포장하는 상기기계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캐처핑거 수단은 상기 시일링 및 절단수단의 상면에 위치시킴을 특징으로 한 상기기계.
  3. 열가소성 필림제튜브내에 물품을 개별적으로 포장하는 수직형의 충전 및 시일장치에 있어서, (a)물품을 한번에 한개를 낙하시켜 상기 튜브내로 안내시키는 수직축(vertical maudrel) 및 안내슈우트(guide chute)과, (b) 상기 슈우트 아래에 위치하고 하나의 시일링 및 절단바가 다른 바에서 상기 튜브의 대향측에 있으며 튜브를 이들 바 사이에서 압축시켜 그 튜브에 상하부 횡방향의 시일을 형성하여 상기 시일 사이에서 횡방향으로 상기 튜브를 절단시키는 한쌍의 시일링 및 절단바와, (c) 상기 물품이 상기 튜브와 슈우트를 통하여 낙하되고 상기 시일바가 밀착될때 물품을 붙잡는 상기 시일바 각각의 상부면에 있으며 상기 물품이 시일바에 출동하지 못하게 방지하는 캐처핑거(catcher finger)를 구비함을 특징으로 한 상기기계.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 한쌍의 시일링 및 절단바에서 각 시일링바는 상기 튜브에서 상방향으로 떨어져 형성되는 두개의 캐처핑거를 구성하여 각각의 상기 캐처핑거에는 탄성재로 커버시킴을 특징으로 한 상기기계.
  5. 쉽게 찌그러지기 쉬운 생성물의 물품을 포장하기 위한 수직형으로 충전 및 시일하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 열가소성재 시이트를 하나의 축을 사용하는 튜브로 형성시켜 그 튜브를 수직으로 현수시키며, (b) 상기 튜브의 상부 개구에 인접한 튜브내에 안내슈우트를 구성시켜 위치설정시키고, (c) 상기 슈우트 아래에서 한쌍의 시일바를 구성시켜 위치 설정하여 상기 시일바가 상기 튜브의 양측에 위치됨으로써 상기 시일바가 밀착될때 상기 튜브를 횡방향으로 시일링하여 절단시킴으로써 상기 튜브의 상부분의 하부단은 시일링되고 상기 튜브의 하부분의 상부단도 동일하게 시일링시키며, (d) 상기 캐처핑거를 상기 시일바의 상부면에 구성시켜, 시일바에 충돌하기 전에 상기 슈우트를 통하여 떨어질대 물품을 붙잡으며 상기 시일바가 튜브쪽으로 이동될때 그 튜브를 압축, 시일 및 절단시키고, (e) 상기 슈우트를 통하여 생성물의 제1물품을 낙하하며, (f) 상기 시일바를 동시에 밀착시켜 물품이 상기 시일바와 충돌하기 전에 캐처핑거로 제1물품을 붙잡음과 동시에 상기 시일바가 밀착될 때 상기 튜브를 시일링 및 절단시키고, (g) 상기 시일바를 서로 분리이동시켜 튜브내의 물품이 상기 핑거에서 이탈될때 상기 시일바 사이를 통과시키며, (h) 튜브의 길이를 추가로 공급하여 시일바 아래로 물품을 하락시키고, (i) 제2물품으로 (e) 및 (f) 공정을 반복시킴으로써 제2물품은 각 단에서 시일링된 일정한 튜브에 포장시켜 그 얻어진 포장을 튜브에서 절단시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 공정에서는 상기 핑거를 탄성쿠숀재(resilient cushioning material)로 커버하는 공정을 포함시킴을 특징으로 한 상기공정.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성재는 열수축성재이고 상기 튜브재에는 팽창구멍을 설정시키는 공정을 포함시킴을 특징으로 한 상기방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 공정에서는 상기 포장의 필름에 열을 가하여 상기 물품주위의 필름을 수축시키는 공정을 포함시킴을 특징으로 한 상기방법.
  9. 열시일링을 할 수 있는 영가소성 시이트로 구성된 튜브에 찌그러지기쉬운 생성물물품을 포장하기 위한 수직형의 충전 및 시일방법에 있어서, (a) 상기 튜브를 통하여 생성물 물품을 낙하시키고, (b) 상기 물품 아래에서 상기 튜브를 동시에 횡방향으로 히이트시일하여 히이트시일되는 튜브부분과 접촉되거나 시일바와 접촉되기전에 물품을 붙잡아 갖고 있도록 하는 공정을 구성시킴을 특징으로 한 상기방법.
  10. 히이트시일링수단에 의해 행해진 횡방향 시일에 의해 저면단에 밀폐된 히이트시일을 할 수 있는 열가소성재의 수직튜브로 통하여 생성물이 낙하되는 수직형충전시일 방법에 있어서, (a) 상기 생성물물품이 상기 시일 및 시일링 수단에 충돌하기 전에 그 생성물물품을 붙잡아 가짐으로써 그 물품이 상기 시일에서 비교적 짧은 거리에 있도록 할 뿐이며, 그 다음, (b) 상기 생성물물품을 분리시켜 상기 튜브의 저면부로 그 나머지 거리만큼 떨어지며, (C) 상기 생성물물품은 분리시킴과 동시에 그 튜브재질을 하방으로 추가공급시키는 공정으로 구성시킴을 특징으로 한 상기방법.
