Claims (9)
- 오염화인 및 염화암모늄으로부터의 N-(디클로로포스포릴)트리클로로포스파젠(P2NOCL5)의 제조방법으로서, 상기 시액을 POOL3의 존재하에 접촉시키고, 이어서 상기 생성물의 반응으로부터 얻어진 P3NCL12를 함유하며 약 30℃ 이하의 온도로 유지된 반응매질을 SO2로 처리하며, 포스파젠 P2NOCL5를 분리시킴을 특징으로 하는 N-(디클로로포스포릴)트리클로로 포스파젠 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 몰비 PCL5/NH4CL이 3:1임을 특징으로 하는 N-(디클로로포스포릴)트리클로로 포스파젠의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, NH4CL이 PCL5과의 반응의 화학량론에 대하여 20%에 이를 수 있는 과량으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 N-(디클로로포스포릴)트리클로로 포스파젠의 제조방법.
- 제1내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, POCL3가 PCL5+NH4CL의 중량부의 양에 대하여 0.5내지 5배의 중량부의 양으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 N-(디클로로포스포릴)트리클로로포스파젠의 제조방법.
- 제1내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, POCL3가 PCL5+NH4CL의 중량부의 양에 대하여 0.8내지 2배의 중량부의 양으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 N-(디클로로포스포릴)트리클로로포스파젠의 제조방법.
- 제1내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, SO2의 양이 몰비 SO2/도입된 PCL5가 적어도 2:3이 되도록 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 N-(디클로로포스포릴)트리클로로포스파젠의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 몰비 SO2/도입된 PCL3가 1.5:1을 초과하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 N-(디클로로포스포릴)트리클로로포스파젠 제조방법.
- 제1내지 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, SO2가 도입된 매질의 온도가 반응매질의 융점 내지 약 30℃로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 N-(디클로로포스포릴)트리클로로포스파젠의 제조방법.
- 제1내지 8항중 어느 한항에 따른 방법을 수행하여 수득된 N-(디클로로포스포릴)트리클로로포스파젠.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
