제2도는 제1도 혼합밸브의 고정된 밸브 시이트 디스크의 저부도.
제3-4도는 제2도 고정 디스크 밑의 가동 디스크가 여러가지 기능적인 셋팅으로 배치된 것을 나타내는 지부도로서, 제3도는 패쇄 셋팅, 제4도는 온수 셋팅.

Claims (5)

  1. 한 디스크가 고정 밸브 사이트 디스크로서 기능하고, 냉수용 및 온수용의 두 입구 구멍을 갖는 한편,상기 밸브 시이트 디스크 상에 움직일 수 있게 배열되는 제2 디스크가 상기 입구 구멍들과 협동하는 조절연부를 포함하며,소위 쾌감대의 경계를 이루는 보통 혼합수 온도 범위에서, 그러므로 조작 핸들의 대응중간 위치들에서, 냉수용 입구구멍에 있는 자유유동 부분이 대응 온수 측에 비해 적어도 부분적으로 축소되어있는 적어도 2개의 디스크들로 구성되는 조절 요소들을 갖는 위생 단일 핸들 혼합 밸브에 있어서 : 입구 구멍들(5,6)의 포트 지역들 도심(9), 또는 적어도 냉수용 입구 구멍(6)의 포트 지역 도심이 냉수 셋팅 쪽으로 몇도 이동되어 조작핸들(10)의 중앙 위치들에서 유압적인 비대칭을 달성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위생 단일 핸들 혼합 밸브.
  2. 제1항의 본분에 있어서, 온수용 입구구멍(5)이 냉수용 입구구멍(6)보다 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 위생 단일 핸들 혼합밸브.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 냉수용 입구구멍(6)이 강남콩 모양이고, 구멍(16)의 내부 가장자리가 안쪽으로 잡아늘어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 위행 단일핸들 혼합밸브.
  4. 전항들중 적어도 하나의 항에 있어서, 온수용 입구구멍(5)의 세로길이가 냉수용 입구구멍(6)의 세로길이보다 큰것을 특징으로 하는 위생 단일핸들 혼합밸브.
  5. 냉수용 입구구멍에 있는 자유유동 부분이 가동 디스크의 조절연부에 의해 대응 온수측에 비해 감소되어 있는, 제1항의 본분과 전항들중 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 냉수용 입구구멍 포트 지역의 도심이 온수용 입구구멍에 대해 가동 디스크(3)의 조절 연부(13)구멍 방향으로 방사상으로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 위생 단일핸들 혼합밸브.
