Claims (6)

  1. 강철을 포함하며 고무차량 타이어의 밸트의 보강에 적합하며 스트립의 평면에 수직인 종방향평면에서 보다도 스트립의 평면에서 상당히 높은 만곡강성을 갖는 보강스트립에 있어서, 상기 스트립이 강철 와이어의 다발이 자유직선위치에 있을때 한평면에서 나란히 연장되는 강철와이어의 다발의 형태이고, 인접와이어는 길이를 따라 서로 접촉을 이루고 스트립이 스트립의 평면에서 동일평면의 개개 와이어의 만곡강성의 총계 이상으로 상당히 과잉의 만곡강성을 나타내는 그러한 정도로 서로 연결되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 보강 스트립.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스트립의 평면에서 상기 과잉의 만곡강성을 생성하도록 상기 다발둘레로 단단히 감긴 포장와이어를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 보강스트립.
  3. 제1항에있어서, 인접와이어는 스트립의 평면에 상기 과잉의 만곡강성을 제공하도록 접착제로 함께 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 보강스트립.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 2.5MN/mm2이상의 전단 탄성율을 갖는 열가소성 고무조성물 임을특징으로 하는 보강 스트립.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 와이어는 최소한 2750N/mm2의 인발 퍼얼라이트 상태임을 특징으로 하는 보강 스트립.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 와이어는 환상단면을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 보강 스트립.
