제5도는 본 발명의 방법에 있어서, 접합볼트의 온도 조정조작을 설명하는 단면도.
Claims (10)
- 체결너트(13)를 조여서 피접합부재를 접합시키는 접합볼트(12)에 있어서, 접합볼트 본체(15)내에 축방향으로 뚫은 중공구멍(16)에 피스톤(17)을 수용하고 상기 중공구멍(l6)의 개구단을 맹플러그(19)로 봉지함과 더불어 상기 피스톤(17)의 외주에는 중공구멍(l6)내를 가압유체 도입용 가압공간(21)과 열매체를 도입가능한 온도조절 공간(25)으로 구획하는 씰재(18)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 접합볼트.
- 씰재(18)는 가압공간(21)의 용적을 가급적 작게하기 위하여 피스톤(17)의 가압공간(21)측의 단부외주에 설비하여 된 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 접합볼트.
- 가압공간(21)은 체결너트(13)가 나사맞춤되는 위치에 대응한 접합볼트(12)내에 형성되고 이 가압공간(21)에 가압유체를 공급함으로써 접합볼트(l2)를 축방향으로 연신시킨 특허청구의 범위 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 접합볼트.
- 피스톤(17)과 중공구멍(16)과의 간격을 밀봉시키는 씰재(18)는 씰링(30), 카본 패킹(32), 다이어프램씰(33)중의 어느 것에 의해서 형성된 특허청구의 범위 제2항 기재의 접합볼트.
- 온도조절공간(25)은 씰재(18)로부터 누설된 가압유체를 볼트본체외에 배출하는 연통홈(28,29)을 피스톤(17)의 다른쪽에 형성한 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 접합볼트.
- 맹플러그(19)는 나사 결합 또는 전자빔용접 결합에 의해서 중공구멍(16)의 개구단부에 고착된 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 접합볼트.
- 접합볼트 본체(15)는 외표면을 단열제(39)로 피복하여 이루어진 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 접합볼트.
- 접합볼트 본체(15)의 축방향에 중공구멍(16)을 설비하고 이 중공구멍(16)에 씰재(18)를 거쳐서 피스톤(17)을 수용하고 피스톤(17)의 한쪽에는 가압유체를 도입하는 가압공간(21)을 형성함과 더불어 피스톤(17)의 다른쪽에는 열매체를 도입하는 온도조절공간(25)을 형성하고 상기 온도조절 공간(25)에 열매체를 송급하여 접합볼트(12)를 소정온도로 조정하고 상기 소정온도에 있어서 목표로하는 체결력이 작용했을 때에 접합볼트(12)에 발생하는 신장량을 산출하여 그 신장량을 가져오게하는 압력을 갖는 가압체를 상기 가압공간(21)으로 송급하여 접합볼트(12)를 연신시키고, 그 연신상태에서 체결너트(13)가 피접합부재에 밀착되도록까지 조이고 그런 후에 가압유체를 뽑아내어 접합볼트(12)를 수축시켜서 접합볼트(12)의 체결력을 소정치로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접합볼트의 체결력 조정방법.
- 가압유체는 물 또는 유압작동유를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제8항 기재의 접합볼트의 체결력 조정방법.
- 열매체는 증기를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제8항 기재의 접합볼트의 체결력 조정방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
