Claims (1)

  1. 텔레비젼 카메라 등의 촬영장치로부터 입력하는 영상신호와 기준 신호를 비교해서 영상신호의 화상정보의 변동의 검출하는 영상신호의 처리장치에 있어서, 기준신호와 전기 촬영장치로부터 입력하는 영상신호를 비교해서 화상정보의 변동을 검출함과 동시에 전기 영상기호에 의거해서 전기 기준신호를 갱신하기 위한 갱신 데이타를 형성하고 소정의 타이밍으로 전기 기준신호를 전기 갱신 데이타로 갱신토록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 영상 신호 처리장치.
