Claims (8)

  1. 80내지 5중량%의 가소제 및, a) 5내지 60중량%의 아크릴로 니트릴, 메타크릴로 니트릴 또는 이들의 혼합물, b) 15내지 96중량%의 스티렌, α-메틸 스티렌 또는 이들의 혼합물, c) 단량체 a) 및 b)와 공중합시킬 수 있는 0내지 10중량%의 카복실산, d) 0내지 30중량%, 성분 c)의 존재하에서는 10내지 30중량%의 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산의 알킬에스테르 또는 이들의 혼합물을 함유하는 20내지 95중량%의 입상 중합체 및, 임의로 희석재 및 다른 성분으로 이루어진 플라스티솔(여기에서 가소제 및 중합체의 중량%는 가소제 및 중합체의 합을 기준으로 한다).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유화중합에 의해 제조하고, 라텍스의 평균 입자직경이 0.2내지 1.5μm인 플라스티솔.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 라텍스를 유화중합에 의해 제조하고, 분무건조에 의해 건조시키는 플라스티솔.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 2차 입자크기가 1내지 100μm인 플라스티솔.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴 또는 둘다의 중합체 함량이 다음 관계식(Ⅰ)을 만족시키는 플라스티솔, 중량% (M)AN≤200 d--168(Ⅰ)
    상기식에서, (M)AN은 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴 또는 둘다이고 : (b)는 가소제의 밀도이며 : (cali)는 가소제 분자중 지방족 탄소원자의 평균(수)이다.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴 또는 둘다의 중합체 함량이 다음 관계식(II)를 만족시키는 플라스티솔, 중량% (M)AN≥183. d--166(Ⅱ) 상기식에서, (M)AN은 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴 또는 둘다이고, (d)는 가소제의 밀도이며 ; Cali는 가소제 분자중 지방족 탄소원자의(평균)수이다.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체가 1내지 90중량%의 겔을 함유하는 플라스티솔.
  8. 단량체를 유화중합하고, 중합체(여기서, 중합체는 시드 라텍스 공정으로 제조한다)를 수성상으로부터 분리하고, 가소제 임의로 용매 및 임의로 다른 표준성분과 혼합하여 제1항에 따른 플라스티솔을 제조하는 방법.
