Claims (10)

  1. 멜라민을 70℃ 내지 반응 혼합물의 비점에서 pH값 7 내지 11에서 멜라민 1몰당 10중량% 이하의 물을 함유하는 파라포름알데히드로서 존재하는 포믈알데히드 2내지 7몰, 멜라민 1몰당 일반식(Ⅰ)의 글리콜 에테르 또는 알킬 글리콜 에테르 1내지 5몰, 멜라민 1몰당 일반식(Ⅱ)의 하이드록실-함유 화합물(일반식(Ⅰ)제외) 0내지 1몰, 멜라민 1몰당 모노머 또는 올리고머 형태의 일반식(Ⅲ)의 알코올 0 내지 0.5몰, 멜라민 1몰당 탄소수 1내지 4의 일작용성 알코올 0 내지 1몰, 멜라민 1몰당 비-환원당 0 내지 1몰 및 멜라민 1몰당 물(파라포름알데히드 중에 존재하는 물 이외의 물) 0 내지 2몰과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 멜라민-포르알데히드 수지를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1및 R2은 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 그룹이고, R3는 -OH, -CH2OH 또는 -CH2CH2OH중의 한 그룹이고, m은 m이 1인 경우 R1이 수소가 아닌한 1내지 4인 정수이고, n, p는 1내지 4의 정수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 80내지 95℃의 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응을 pH7.5 내지 10에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 멜라민 1몰당 포름알데히드 2.5 내지 6몰을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 글리콜 에테르 또는 알킬글리콜 에테르를 멜라민 1몰당 1.25 내지 3몰의 양으로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 글리콜 에테르 또는 알킬글리콜 에테르가 R1이 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸이고/이거나 m이 2또는 3인 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 글리콜 유도체가 R2가 수소, 에틸 또는 n-부틸이고/이거나 n이 2또는 3인 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅲ)의 알코올이 p가 1또는 4인 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 하나 이상의 방법에 따라 제조되는 멜라민-포름알데히드 수지.
  10. 함침 수지로서 또는 압축 성형 조성물 및 성형품을 제조하기 위한 제1항 내지 8항중 하나 이상 방법에 따라 제조되는 멜라민-포름알데히드 수지 또는 제9항에서 청구된 멜라민-포름알데히드 수지의 용도.
