Claims (6)

  1. 2B형 간염 항원 및 항체를 단백질이 흡착되는 막 또는 판위에 2개 또는 그 이상의 서로 분리된 점 형태로 고정시키고, 이막 또는 판을 검사시료와 효소접합체용액(Conjugate)과의 혼합용액에 넣고 반응시켜 2가지 또는 그 이상의 혈청학적 표지를 동시에 검사하는 방법.
  2. 1항에 있어서 막 또는 판에 고정되는 단백질이 표면항원에 대한 단일 클론 항체와 유전자 제조합 핵항원이고 효소 접합체용액이 단일 클론B형 간염 표면항체-효소 접합체와 단일 클론핵 항체와 효소접합체임을 특징으로 하는 B형 간염 표면항원과 핵항체를 동시에 검사하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 막 또는 판에 고정되는 단백질이 e항원에 대한 단일 클론항체와 양에서 뽑은 사람 IgM에 대한 항체이고 효소 접합체용액이 단일 클론 e항체와 효소 접합체와 유전자 재조합 핵항원 효소 접합체임을 특징으로하는 B형 간염 e항원과 핵항체 중 IgM을 동시에 검사하는 방법.
  4. 1항에 있어서, 막 또는 판에 고정되는 단백질이 표면항원에 대한 단일 클론 항체와 단일 클론 e항체이고 효소 접합체 용액이 단일 클론 표면항체-효소 접합체와 단일 클론 e항체와 효소 접합체임을 특징으로 하는 B형 간염 표면항원과 e항원을 동시에 검사하는 방법.
  5. 1항에 있어서, 막 또는 판에 교정되는 단백질이 표면항원에 대한 단일 클론 항체와 유전자 제조합으로 만든 핵항원의 분해 산물인 e항원이고 효소 접합체 용액이 단일 클론 표면항체-효소접합체와 단일 클론 e항체와 효소접합체임을 특징으로 하는 표면항원과 e항체를 동시에 검사하는 방법.
  6. 제2항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 단백질이 분리 고정되는 막 또는 판이 니트로셀루로우즈, 나이론, 활성화된 나이론, 아미노벤질옥시 메틸 페이퍼와 같은 단백질이 쉽게 흡착되는 고분자 막이거나, 폴리스틸렌, 폴리비닐판과 같은 단백질이 쉽게 흡착되는 고분자 판임을 특징으로 하는 B형 간염의 혈청학적 표지를 2이상 동시에 검사하는 방법.
