Claims (2)

  1. 톱니수 차이가 1매인 내접기어와 외접기어가 조정량 편심해서 맞물린 내접형의 기어세트를 하우징 본체 또는 그 커버플레이트 혹은 그 쌍방에 흡입구와 토출구가 서로 시일되어서 형성되어있는 펌프하우징 내에 결합된 기어펌프에 있어서, 외접기어의 외주와 펌프하우징 사이에 개재하는 내경이 외접기어 외경과 대체로 같은 직경의 편심링과, 기어의 단면과 펌프하우징 사이에 개재하는 상기 흡입구와 토출구의 실질적인 개구를 가진 원판과, 또는 최대, 및 최소용적의 펌핑챔버 존재위치에 있는 하우징쪽의 펌핑챔버 시일면의 적어도 한쪽에 상기 흡입구와 토출구를 잇는 폭, 길이가 일정한 원호흠을 부착하고 그 중에 대체로 간격이 없이 삽입하는 시일피이스의 어느 것인가를 상기 편심링은 내접기어와 동심상으로 원판은 내·외접기어의 어느 한쪽과 동심상으로 각각 회전가능하게, 시일피이스는 상기 원호흠으로 안내해서 둘레방향으로 이동가능하게 착설하고,또한 그링. 원판 또는 시일피스를 펌프 하우징의 외부에서 소정각도의 범위로 회전시키는작동기구를 착설한 것을 특징으로 하는 가변용량 기어펌프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 편심링이, 외경을 펌프 하우징의 내경과 대체로 같게, 또 외주면을 내접기어와 동심상으로 배설된 링인 것을 특징으로 하는 가변용량 기어펌프.
