제 1도는 생성물 NTU를 반응기 온도의 기능으로서 도시한 것을 나타낸 것이며, 본 발명을 수첨 탈황촉매에 대하여서만 비교한 것이다.
제 2도는 생성물 NTU를 270 NTU의 수첨 분해시키고, 용매 탈납시킨 증중성유에 대한 반응기 온도의 기능으로서 도시한 것을 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (9)
- 다음과 같은 특징으로 가진 적어도 두 가지 상이한, 촉매층으로 구성되는, 수첨 분해된 용매 탈납 윤활유 기초원료를 수첨탈납 및 수첨 탈황시킬 수 있는 단일 단계의 촉매시스템. (a)탈납작용을 하는 촉매 입자들로 고정된 베드로 구성되는 첫번째 촉매층 ; 과 (b)부드러운 조건하에 수소첨가 작용을 하는 촉매입자들로 고정된 베드로 구성되는 두번째 촉매층.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1층의 촉매가 약 0.4 내지 약 15범위의 억압지수를 갖는 결성형 알루미노실리케이트로 구성되는 촉매시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1층의 촉매가 약 12 내지 약 15 범위의 억압지수를 갖는 촉매시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 싱기 제2층의 촉매가 알루미나 또는 실리콘 기질에 의해서 지지되는 적어도 한 개의 VIIIA족 귀금속으로 구성되는 촉매시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 귀금속이 팔라듐인 촉매시스템.
- 수첨공정 조건하에 상기 촉매입자들의 제1 및 제2층을 통하여 수소 존재하에 상기 원료를 통과시키는 것으로 구성되는, 제1, 2, 3, 4 또는 5항의 정의된 바와 같은 다층의 단일 단계 촉매시스템을 사용하여 수첨 분해시키고 용매 탈납시킨 윤활유 기초원료를 수첨 탈납 및 수첨 탈황시키는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 수첨공정 조건이 (a) 4이상의 액체 시간당 공간 속도(LHSV)와 (b)500psia이상의 수소 분압으로 구성되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 수첨 공정 조건이 (a)약 10 내지 약 15 범위의 LHSV ; (b)약 1000psia 내지 약 2500psia범위의 수소분압 ; (c)약 5000SCF/bb1 내지 약 7000SCF/bb1범위의 수소 순환속도 ; (d) 약 550℉ 내지 약 650℉범위의 온도 ; 와 (e)약 1500psig 내지 약 3000psig범위의 압력.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수첨분해시켜 용매 탈납시킨 윤활유 기초 원료가 20ppm 이하의 유황 수준, 20ppm이하의 질소 수준 및 2.0중량%이하의 왁스 수준으로 구성되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
