Claims (4)
- 배기 가스가 로로부터 방출되어 하부의 분진 수집기로 들어갈때, 상기 수집기내에서 분진과 함께 수집될 수 있는 마른 고체 입자를 생성시키기 위하여 높은 가용성 알카리 재료 수용액을 완전히 증발시키고 배출물의 냉각을 최소화시키면서 상기 수용액 분무물에 함유된 물과 배기 가스내의 질소 및 황의 산화물과의 반응에 의해 생성된 산을 즉시 중화시키기 위하여 배기 가스내의 황 및 질소의 산화물들의 농도에 대해 단지 충분한 양으로 가용성 알칼리 재료의 수용액을 미세하게 분리된 안개 형태로 분무시켜 배기 가스내에 주입하는 것을 포함하며, 상기 수용액은 시멘트 제조에 의해 생성된 폐기 분진으로부터 주로 칼륨 함유 알카리 재료를 여과시켜서 유도되는, 습식 시멘트 로로부터의 황 산화물 및 질소 산화물 함유 배기 가스 청정 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 방법에 있어서, 상기 용액이 12.0 내지 12.3의 pH를 지니는 방법.
- 시멘트 제조시에 생성된 폐기 분진으로부터 주로 칼륨 함유 수용액을 여과시키기 위한 수단, 상기 로의 출구 단부 열의 상기 분진 수집기의 바로 상부에 배치되는 노즐들의 열, 분진 수집기내에서 분진과 함께 수집되는 마른 고체 입자염을 생성하도록 상기 용액을 완전히 증발시키고 배출물의 냉각을 최소화하면서 배기 가스내의 황 및 질소 산화물과 안개 형태의 수용액 분무물에 함유된 물과의 반응에 의해 형성된 산을 즉시 중화시키도록 배출 가스내의 황 및 질소의 산화물의 농도에 대해서 단지 충분한 양으로 미세하게 분리된 안개 형태의 상기 용액을 노즐로부터 상기 배출 가스내에 분배하기 위하여 상기 저장조로부터 상기 노즐로 송출하기 위한 수단을 포함하며, 상기 여과 수단은 상기 용액 저장용 저장조를 포함하며, 상기 용액은 시멘트 제조시에 생성된 폐기 분진으로부터 주로 칼륨 함유 알카리 재료를 여과하여 유도되는 생성물인, 시멘트 플랜트의 습식 시멘트 로로부터의 황 및 질소 산화물 함유 배기 가스가 분진 수집기로 들어가기 전에 배기 가스에 청정시키기 위한 시스템.
- 제3항에 따른 시스템에 있어서, 상기 노즐들중 하나 이상을 선택적으로 작동시키기위한 수단을 포함하는 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
