Claims (1)

  1. 본문에서 상술한 바와 같이 발효에 의해 5'-구아닐산을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 크산틸산아니마제 생산균주를 식균하기전 5'-크산틸산 생산균의 실활시키는 조건으로 50℃ 이하에서 2시간 처리하거나 5'-크산틸산 발효종료 10시간 전부터 발효온도를 38-42℃로 유지함을 특징으로 하는 발효에 의한 5'-구아닐산의 제조방법.
