Description
본 발명은 고무사에 한가닥의 실을 감아서된 커버링고무사를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 커버링고무사는 통상 고무사에 한가닥의 실을 코일 스프링식으로 감은후 다시 다른 한가닥의 실을 역방향으로 역시 코일스프링식으로 감아서 형성시켰던 것이다. 이는 한가닥의 실만을 고무사에 감게되면 커버링고무사가 뒤틀려 꼬이기 때문이었던 것이다.The present invention is to provide a covering rubber yarn wound around a thread of rubber yarn. 공지의 방법으로 고무사에 한가닥의 실을 감아서 커버링고무사를 형성시킨다. 고무사에 감는 실은 70또는 100데니어의 나일론 필라멘트나 나일론 스트레치사 혹은 75데니어의 폴리에스터 필라멘트, 150데니어의 폴라에스터 스트레치사가 흔히 이용된다. 이와같은 커버링 고무사를 70℃ 이상의 물에 침지시킨다. 70℃정도의 물에서는 약 30분 정도 담근다. 100℃의 물에서는 약 5분간 담근다. 물의 온도가 높을 수록 담그는 시간을 단축할 수 있다. 실험결과 물의 온도는 정확할 필요가 없었으며 그리하여 70℃ 정도의 물에 담근후 물을 가열하여 물이 끓을 정도가 되면 건져내어야 되었다. 따라서 시간과 온도가 정밀한 것을 필요로 하는 것이 아님을 알았다. 이와같이 비교적 고온의 물에 담근 후 꺼내어 유연제(계면활성제)를 풀은 40℃의 물에 20-30분간 담근 후 건조하므로서 한가닥의 실만을 감은 고무사도 뒤틀려 꼬이지 아니하게 되는 것이다.A known thread is wound around a rubber yarn to form a covering rubber yarn by a known method.
