Claims (11)

  1. 60 내지 90중량 %의 모노-비닐 방향족 단량체의 반복단위 및 40 내지 10중량 %의 공액디엔의 반복단위를 함유하는 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 이봉형 스타-블럭 공중합체.
    (S-S1-B/S2-B1)m-X-(B1-S2/B-S1)n(Ⅱ)
    상기식에서, X는 다관능성 커플링화제의 바디칼이고, m 및 n은 서로의 합이 3 내지 20범위이고, 라디칼 X의 관능도와 동일한 정수(m≤n)이며, S 및 S1은 방향족 비닐 단량체의 중합체블럭이고, B1은 공액디엔 단위의 엘라스토머 공중합체 블럭으로 공중합체중의 전체디엔 단위의 최대 20%를 이루며, B/S2및 S2/B는 모노-비닐 방향족 화합물과 공액디엔의 "램덤" 및/또는 "테이퍼"형 블럭이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 엘라스토머 블럭(B1)이 공중합체중의 전체디엔 단위의 1 내지 10%를 이루는 이봉형 스타-블럭 공중합체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 스티렌블럭 S는 그 단위의 수가 S1블럭의 단위의 수보다 3∼7배 더 높고, S1+S2의 합이 공중합체중의 전체 스티렌단위의 50 내지 80%를 이루는 이봉형 스타-블럭 공중합체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, B/S2및 S2/B 블럭이 0.8 내지 1.2범위의, 바람직하게는 1의 S2: B 중량비를 나타내는 이봉형 스타-블럭 공중합체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, S의 분자량과 B/S2의 분자량간의 비율이 1 보다 더 큰 이봉형 스타-블럭 공중합체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, S의 분자량과 B/S2의 분자량가의 비율이 1.2 내지 6, 바람직하게는 1.5 내지 3인 이봉형 스타-블럭 공중합체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 커플링화제가 폴리에폭시드, 에폭시화된 콩기름, 에폭시화된 아마인유, 폴리에스테르 폴리할라이드, 폴리이소시아네이트, 폴리이민, 폴리알데히드, 폴리케톤, 폴리안, 히드라이드, 폴리에시드할라이드 및 폴리비닐방향족 화합물로부터 선택되는 이봉형 스타-블럭 공중합체.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 모노비닐 방향족 단량체가 스티렌인 이봉형 스타-블럭 공중합체.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 공액디엔이 4 내지 8의 탄소원자를 가지며, 바람직하게는 1.3-부타디엔인 이봉형 스타-블럭 공중합체.
  10. 60 내지 90중량%의 모노비닐방향족 단량체의 반복단위 및 40 내지 10중량 %의 공액디엔의 반복단위를 함유하는 하기일반식(Ⅱ)의 이봉형 스타-블럭 공중합체를 제조함에 있어서, 다음의 연속되는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 이봉형 스타-블럭 공중합체의 제조방법.
    - 음이온적 방법으로 리튬-유기-금속촉매(개시제)의 존재하에 불활성 용매중에서 모노-비닐방향족 단량체의 총량의 20∼50중량 %를 중합시켜 사슬의 말단에 리튬이온을 지니는 활성의 직쇄중합체 블럭(S-Li)을 형성하고 ; - 더 많은 량의 개시제를 가하고 이어서 2차량의 모노비닐 방향족 단량체를 가하여 중합체 블럭 S-S1-Li 및 S1-Li을 형성하고 ; - 남은 모노-비닐방향족 단량체 전부 및 전체 디엔량의 80% 이상에 상응하는 양의 공액디엔을 함유한느 혼합물을 연속적으로 가하고 ; - 남은 공액디엔 전부를 가하고 생성된 혼합물을 전환이 종료될 때까지 중합반응시켜 제3단계에서 제조된 각각의 블럭상에 폴리디엔 블럭을 형성하고 ; - S-S1-B/S2-B1-Li 블럭과 S1-B/S2-B1-Li 블럭을 커플링시키는 다관능성 커플링화제를 가하여 일반식(Ⅱ)의 스타-블럭 공중합체를 수득한다.
    (S-S1-B/S2-B1)m-X-(B1-S2/B-S1)n(Ⅱ)
    상기식에서, X는 다관능성 커플링화제의 라디칼이고, m 및 n은 서로의 합이 3 내지 20범위이고, 라디칼 X의 관능도와 동일한 정수(m≤n)이며, S 및 S1은 방향족 비닐 단량체의 중합체 블럭이고, B1은 공액디엔 단위의 엘라스토더 공중합제 블럭으로 공중합체중의 전체 다엔단위의 최대 20%를 이루며, B/S2및 S2/B는 모노-비닐 방향족화합물과 공액디엔의 "랜덤" 및/또는 "테이퍼"형 블럭이다.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 유기금속 촉매가 1차 및 2차 단계에서 단량체 1몰당 0.2 내지 20밀리몰 사이의 양인 리튬-알킬, 리튬 시클로알킬 또는 리튬-아릴 화합물인 이봉형 스타-블럭 공중합체의 제조방법.
