서방성 제제 및 그의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 실시예 8~12에서 제조된 본 발명의 제제에 대한 PPA의 용출율을 나타낸다. 도면내에서 1~5는 각각 실시예 8~12의 제제를 나타낸다.
제2도는 실시예 13~16에서 제조된 본 발명의 제제에 대한 d-클로로페니라민 말리에트의 용출율을 나타낸다. 도면내에서 1~4는 각각 실시예 13~16의 제제를 나타낸다.

Claims (2)

  1. 하기의 성분들로 구성된 수용성 활성 성분(들)의 서방성 제제 : a. 불활성 핵 물질 b. 수용성 활성 성분(들)을 함유하는 분말-코우팅 층 c. 실질적으로 발수성인 물질의 분말-코우팅 층, 및 d. 실질적으로 pH-비의존성이며 불수용성 필름-코우팅 제제로 구성된 필름-코우팅 층.
  2. 물에 불용성이거나 난용성의 결합제 존재하에서, 핵 물질 상에 수용성 활성 성분(들)을 함유하는 분말을 코우팅하여 나 과립을 만들고, 상기의 나 과립상에 발 수성 물질 분말을 상기의 나 과립에 대해 약 10~80중량%의 비율로 코우팅한 다음, 건조시킨후, 실질적으로 pH-비의존성이며 불수용성 필름-코우팅 기제를, 원한다면, 장용성-코우팅 기제. 활택제, 가소제 등과 함께, 상기의 나 과립에 대해 약 20~60 중량%의 비율로, 보다 바람직하게는 약 35~45 중량%의 비율로 그위에 코우팅한 다음, 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 활성 성분(들)의 서방성 제제의 제조방법.
