Claims (43)
- 효소의 분자 식별 기능에 의하여 소정의 기질 농도를 측정하는 효소 센서에 있어서, 도전성 기체와, 이 도전성 기체의 표면을 덮고 상기 기질의 화학반응을 촉진하는 효소로써 된 효소층을 갖고, 상기 도전성 기체의 전위에 의하여 상기 기질의 농도를 측정함을 특징으로 하는 효소 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 효소는 글루코오즈 옥시다제로서, 글루코오즈의 농도를 측정함을 특징으로 하는 효소 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 효소는 우레아제로서, 요소의 농도를 측정함을 특징으로 하는 효소 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 효소는 우리카제로서, 요산의 농도를 측정함을 특징으로 하는 효소 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 효소는 콜레스테롤 옥시다제로서, 콜레스테롤의 농도를 측정함을 특징으로 하는 효소 센서.

- 제18항에 있어서, 효소는 글루코오즈 옥시다제로서, 글루코오즈의 농도를 측정함을 특징으로 하는 효소 센서.

- 제28항에 있어서, 산소 환원 촉매층은 코발트 프탈로시 아닌 착체, 코발트 폴필린 착체 등의 중합체막으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 효소 센서.
- 제28항에 있어서, 효소막은 전해 중합법에 의하여 산소환원 촉매층에 효소를 고정화함을 특징으로 하는 효소 센서.
- 제30항에 있어서, 효소는 글루코오즈 옥시다제로서, 글루코오즈의 농도를 측정함을 특징으로 하는 효소 센서.
