Claims (2)
- 타원면 연삭에 의하여 그라운드되는 주 플랭크(10)을 가진(트위스트 드릴) 특히, 단단한 금속 드릴에 있어서,(가) 드릴(1)의 코어 두께 K (4)가 드릴 구경(8)의 25 내지 40퍼센트이며 ;(나) 드릴 포인트 연삭의 시작에서, 주 플랭크(10)을 형성할려는 상기 연삭 휘일(14)의 원주 측면(15)은 상기 드릴축을 넘어서 보호되며 ; 돌출 정도(18)는 드릴구경(8)의 3 내지 15퍼센트이며 ;(다) 드릴 포인트 연삭을 계속하면서, 상기 연삭휘일(14)은, 주 플랭크에 대한 드릴 포인트 연삭의 단부에서, 드릴 축(7)의 중심 전방으로의 거리(20)를갖을 때까지 중심너머 위치(방사 이송 19)의 외부 방사 방향으로 이동을 계속하며 ; 이것은 드릴구경(8)의 7 내지 14퍼센트이며 ;(라) 상기 전체 드릴 포인트 연삭 범위 전체에 걸쳐서 또한 상기 주 절단 에지(3)의 드릴 포인트 연삭으로부터의 시작에 있어서, 상기 모선(11)의 축 이송(21)은 상기 드릴의 축방향으로 점진적으로 증가하며 결국, 상기 주 절단 에지(3)로부터의 증가하는 거리와 함께, 상기 주 절단 에지의 공차 각도가 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트위스트 드릴.
