제 3 도는 세개의 지효성막을 가지는 다중 약제 장치를 설명한다.

Claims (25)

  1. 생물학적 환경에 최소한 하나의 약제(agent)를 투여하기 위한(for delivering)배출조절식 의약 장치에 있어서, 진술한 장치가 전술한 생물학적 환경에 전술한 약제를 배출시키는 표면을 가지는 약제-포함 저장기를 포함하며, 이리하여 전술한 생물학적 환경에 전술한 장치를 설치한 후 예정시간동안 치료학적 유효율로 약제투여의 개시를 지연시키는 개량을 성취하여 이 개량이 :
    전술한 저장기와 생물학적 환경 사이에 배치한 지연수단을 포함하며, 전술한 지연수단이 첫째상태에서는 전술한 약제에 대해서 실질적으로 불투과성이고 두번째 상태에서는 투과성이 되며 ;
    그리하여 전술한 치료학적 유효율로 전술한 저장기로부터 전술한 환경으로의 전술한 약제의 배출율이 첫번째 상태로부터 두번째 상태로 전환되게 하는 배출조절식 의료장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 지연수단에 불용성 약제가 실질적으로 없는 장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 첫번째 상태는 건조하고 두번째 상태는 젖은 상태인 장치.
  4. 제 3 항이 있어서, 전술한 지연수잔이 피부의 액체로 수분을 얻는 장치.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 지연수단이 친수성 고분자와 반-친수성 고분자를 포함하는 그룸으로부터 선택한 고분자 막인 장치.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 진술한 고분자 막이 폴리비닐알코올 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스, 폴리아크릴아미드, 히드록시에틸셀룰로오스, 히드록시메틸셀룰로오스, 폴리아크릴산 및 히드록시에틸메타크릴레이트를 포함하는 그룸으로부터 선택하는 장치.
  7. 제 5 항에 있어서. 전술한 개량이 :
    전술한 제 1 및 제 2 저장기로부터의 약제가 생물학적 환경에 배출할때 통과하는 약제 배출표면을 가지는 제 2 약제-포함 저장기를 포함하며, 전술한 지연수단이 전술한 제 1 및 제 1 저장기의 약제배출표면 사잉에 배치되며 ;
    그리하여 전술한 제 1 저장기로부터의 약제의 배출이 전술한 제 2 저장기로부터의 약제의 배출과 관련하여 지연되는 장치.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 전술한 개량이 :
    생물학적 환경과 전술한 제 2 저장기 사잉에 배치된 제 2 지연수단을 추가로 포함하며, 전술한 지연수단이 첫째 상태에서는 전술한 약제에 대해 실질적으로 불투과성이고 둘째상태에서는 이에 투과성이 되며 ;
    그리하여 전술한 치료학적 유효율로 전술한 제 2 저장기로부터 전술한 환경으로의 전술한 약제의 배출율이 지연수단이 첫째상태에서 둘째상태로 전환될때까지 지연되게 하는 장치.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 전술한 제 2 지연수단이 친수성 고분자와 반-친수성 고분자를 포함하는 그룸으로부터 선택한 고분자막인 장치.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 전술한 고분자 막이폴리비닐 알코올, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 히드록시폴리메틸셀룰로오스, 폴리아크릴아미드, 히드록시에틸셀룰로오스, 히드록시메틸셀룰로오스, 폴리아크릴산 및 히드록시에틸메아크릴에이트를 포함하는 그룸에서 선택하는 장치.
  11. 제 7 항에 있어서, 전술한 장치가 그의 사용환경에 설치되었을 때 전술한 지연수단이 수화되는 율을 조절하기 위한 율조절 수단을 추가로 포함하는 장치.
  12. 제 8 항에 있어서, 전술한 장치가 그의 사용환경에 설치되었을 때 전술한 수단중 최소한 하나가 수화되는 율을 조절하기 위한 최소한 하나의 율조절 수단을 추가로 포함하는 장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 율조절 수단이 전술한 제 1 및 제 2 지연수단 사이로 배치되는 장치.
  14. 제12힝에 있어서, 율조절 수단이 전술한 제 2 지연수단과 생물학적 환경 사이에 배치되는 장치.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 한 지연수단이 전술한 제 2 지연수단과 생물학적 환경 사이에 배치되는 장치.
  16. 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 약제가 질산염인 장치.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 전술한 질산염이 니트로글리세린인 장치.
  18. 제 7 항에 있어서, 전술한 제 1 및 제 2 저장기가 같은 약제를 포함하는 장치.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 전술한 약제나 질산염인 장치.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 전술한 질산염이 니트로글리세린인 장치.
