제1도는 회로도, 제2도는 그 회로를 실시한 저항체 기판의 평면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 절연기판상의 제1의 단자와 제2의 단자간에 제1의 말굽형의 저항체를 형성하는 공정과,
    그 저항체의 안쪽 동심원상에서 또한 상기 제1의 저항체와 대항 접속되지 않도록 제2의 말굽형의 지항체를 형성하는 공정과,
    상기 제2의 저항체의 일단을 절연기판상에 설치한 도전 패턴을 거쳐 상기 제1의 단자에 접속하는 공정과,
    그 도전 패턴상에 절연피막을 형성하는 공정과,
    그 절연피막상에서 제2의 저항체의 타단을 절연기판상의 상기 제1, 제2의 단자간에 위치하는 제3의 단자에 접속시키는 공정으로 이루어진 밸런스 조정용 가변저항기의 형성 방법.
  2. 절연기판상의 제1의 단자와 제2의 단자의 단자간에 제1의 말굽형의 저항체를 설치하고 그 저항체의 안쪽 동심원상에서 또한 상기 제1의 저항체와 대향 접속하지 않도록 제2의 말굽형의 저항체를 설치하고, 상기 제2의 저항체의 일단을 절연기판상에 설치한 도전 패턴을 거쳐 제1의 단자에 접속하고, 그 도전 패턴상에 절연피막을 형성하고, 그 절연피막상에서 제2의 저항체의 타단을 절연기판상의 상기 제1, 제2의 단자간에 위치하는 제3의 단자에 접속시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 밸런스 조정용 가변저항기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 제1의 저항체(RL)와 제2의 저항체(RR)의 각각의 단자를 접속하는 도전체(1)상에 피착되는 절연피막(12)이 상기 도전체(11)의 전역을 피복하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸런스용 가변저항기.
