Claims (5)
- 촉매로서 (1)팔라듐 금속 또는 그의 화합물,(2)구리 화합물,(3) 주기율표상의 제 4A족,제 5A족,제 7A족,제 8A족의 철족 및 제 2B족으로 구성되는 군중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 금속화맙물 및 (4)할로겐 화합물을 사용하여 스티렌 화합물, 일산화탄소, 알콜 및 산소를 반응시켜 상응하는 계피산에 스테르를 제조함에 있어서, 반응 종료후에 반응액으로부터 회수환 촉매성분들을 유기산의 존재하에 산화제로 처리하여 그들의 촉매활성을 재생시키고, 얻어지는 촉매성분들을 촉매로서 반응에 재사용하며, 전술한 공정들을 반복 수행함을 특징으로하는 계피산에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,얻어지는 반응액을 250℃ 이하로 농축하고, 반응농축액을 20℃ 이상에서 여과하거나 또는 반응농축액에 탄화수소를 첨가시킨 후에 여과시킴으로써 촉매성분들을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 계피산 에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에있어서,촉매의 제 2성분이 유기산의 구리염임을 특징으로하는 계피산 에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항중 어느하나의 항에 있어서,촉매의 제 3성분이 망간, 코발트, 닉켈 및 아연중에서 선택되는 금속의 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 계피산 에스테르의 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서,이산화탄소를 반응제중에 함유시킬 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 계피산 에스테르의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
