Claims (14)

  1. (a) 무게로 약 4내지 50%의 탄소
    (b) 0내지 5사이의 하나 이상의 “z”값을 지니는 조성 Si6-zAlzOzN8-z의 SiAlON및 실리콘 질화물과 그 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 최소한 하나의 부재,
    (c) 점토, 알루미나, 지르코니아, 실리카, 실리콘 탄물, 무라이트 및 크로미나로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 최소한 하나의 부재로 필수적으로 구성되어 화염 처리된 탄소결합 내화체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 무계로 약 2%-8%의 산화방지제 구성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 내화체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 산화방지제 구성물이 실리콘 탄화물 실리카 및 붕소 하유화합물로부터 선택된 무게로 약2%-8%까지 최소한 하나의 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소함량이 그라파이트(graphite)소스로부터 우세하게 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 탄소 함량의 부분이 탄소 결합제(binder)에 의해 무게로 약 5%까지 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 탄소 결합제가 피치(pitch) 및 수지로 이루어진 그룹의 최소한 한 부재를 포함하는 소스로부터 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화체.
  7. (a) (1) 그라파이트, 카본블랙 및 목탄(charcoal)으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 무게로 약 4%-50%까지의 탄소,
    (2) 실리콘 질화물(Si3N4)과 SiAlON및 그 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 무게로 약 20%-90%까지의 최소한 하나의 부재,
    (3) 무게로 약 2%-8%까지의 산화방지제 구성물,
    (4) 무게로 약 0%-10%까지의 탄소 결합제, 및
    (5) 무게로 약 0%-70%까지의 희석성 내화구성 물로 필수적으로 이루어진 입상 구성물들의 혼합물을 형성하는 단계 :
    (b) 입상 혼합물을 소기의 미리 형성된 형태로 소결하는 단계 :
    (c) 용융금속 및 슬래그 환경에 특히 유용한 탄소결합 내화체를 만들기 위하여 약 800℃-1500℃에서 상기 치환체들의 혼합물을 화염처리함으로써 밀 형성된 형태를 고밀도화하는 단계로 구성된 내화체의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 산화방지제 구성물이 Sio,SiO2,Si및 붕소를 포함하는 화합물들로부터 선태된 최소한 하나의 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 희석성 내화구성물이 점토, 알루미나, 지르코니아, 실리카, 실리콘 탄화물, 무라이트, 크로미나 및 그 혼합물들로부터 선택된 최소한 하나의 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, SiAlON및 지로코니아 입상 혼합물의 대부분의 구성물들을 형성하여서, 그 총계가 무게로 최소한 90% 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  11. 제7항의 방법에 따라서 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화체.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 내화체가 슬레그라인(slagline) 슬리브(sleeve)인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화체.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 내화체가 도가니인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화체.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 내화체가 슬라이드 게이트 플레이트(slide gate plate)인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화체.
