Claims (11)
- 식물체의 성장에 필수적인 영양소와 함께 생식물체로 이루어진 합성혼합물을 직립 코어 구조물상에 권취된 거의 투명한 튜브(여기에서 권취된 튜브의 외부는 자연광에 노출되며, 튜브 및/또는 코어에는 튜브와 코어 구조물 사이의 접촉부위에서 튜브내로의 광침투를 촉진시키는 장치가 제공된다)를 통해 이동시키고, 이동하는 합성 혼합물에 광에너지를 적용시키고, 혼합물로부터 바이오매스 합성 생성물 스트림을 회수함을 특징으로 하여, 바이오매스를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 식물체가 조류로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 튜브와 코어 사이의 접촉부위에 광반사장치가 제공되어 튜브내로서 광침투를 촉진시키는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 3중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 성장에 필수적인 영양소가 이산화탄소 및 질소공급원으로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 암모니아 가스가 질소공급원으로 사용되는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 5항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 합성혼합물을 난류조건하에서 튜브를 통하여 상부로 펌프하여 이동시키는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 6항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 언급된 튜브내에서 혐기적 합성반응을 수행하고, 생성된 1차 바이오매스 합성 생성물을 회수한후에, 합성 혼합물을 제 2튜브에 통과시켜, 여기에서 상기 언급된 혐기적 합성반응중에 생성된 이산화탄소를 사용하여 호기적 반응을 수행하고, 언급된 제 2튜브를 통과시킨 후에 생성된 2차 바이오매스 합성 생성물을 회수하는 방법.
- 직립코어 구조물, 사용시에 권취된 튜브의 외부가 자연광에 노출되도록 코어 구조물상에 권취되어 있는 거의 투명한 튜브, 튜브와 코어구조물 사이의 접촉부위에서 튜브내로서 광침투를 촉진시키는 장치, 권취된 튜브를 통해 합성혼합물을 이동시키는 장치, 및 바이오매스 합성 생성물 스트림을 회수하는 장치로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 광생물 반응기(photobioreactor).
- 제 8항에 있어서, 튜브내로의 광침투를 촉진시키기 위해 튜브와 코어사이의 접촉부위에 광반사 장치가 포함되는 광생물반응기.
- 제 8항 또는 9항에 있어서, 코어 구조물은 거의 원통형이며, 튜브가 원통형 코어구조물상에 나선형으로 귄취되어 있는 광생물반응기.
