Claims (36)

  1. 불포화 올리고머와 3치환 우레아의 안정화량을 함유하되, 불포화 올리고머는 적어도 4개의 탄소들을 갖는 알카디엔의 공중합체로서 하이드록시, 아민, 에폭시, 아실락탐 및 아실락탐 전구물질 그룹들로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 한 그룹의 펜단트를 갖고 있는 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.
  2. 제 1항에서, 펜단트 그룹들은 다음 식으로 나타내는 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.
    여기서 T는 산소 또는 질소이고, A는 하이드로카빌 또는 하이드로카빌에테르그룹이고, X는 염소, 또는로서, 여기서 Y는 C3내지 C11의 알키렌그룹이고 m=0 또는 1로서, m=0 일 때, n=0 또는 1이고, p=1이고, m=1일 때, n는 1내지 3의 범위내이고 또한 p=n이다.
  3. 제 1또는 2항에서, 3치환 우레아의 양은 올리고머의 중량을 기준하여 약 0.05 내지 약 10wt.%인 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.
  4. 제 1항에서, 불포화 올리고머의 펜단트 그룹들은 아실락탐 그룹인 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.
  5. 제 2항에서, X는인 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.
  6. 제 1항에서, 펜단트 그룹들은 아실락탐 그룹들이며, 불포화 우레아는 2차아민과 이소시아네이트 화합물의 반응에 의해 형성되는 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.
  7. 제 5항에서, 올리고머 분자당 펜단트 그룹들의 평균수는 적어도 2인 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.

  15. 제 1항에서, 3치환 우레아의 양은 적어도 72시간동안 약 125℃로 가열될 때 조성물의 겔화를 방지하기에 충분한 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.
  16. 제 1또는 13항에서, 72시간동안 125℃에서 질소하에서 가열될 때 외피형성을 방지하기에 충분한 양으로 산화방지제를 추가로 함유하는 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.
  17. 제 11항에서, 72시간동안 125℃의질소하에서가열될 때 외피형성을 방지하도록 충분한 양으로 산화방지제를 추가로 함유하는 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.
  18. 제 16항에서, 산화방지제의양은 올리고머의 중량을 기준하여 약 0.05와 약 5wt.% 사인 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.
  19. 제 17항에서, 산화방지제의양은 올리고머의 중량을 기준하여 약 0.05와 약 5wt.% 사인 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.
  20. 제 16항에서, 산화방지제는 1,2―디하이드로―2,2,4―트리메틸퀴놀린인 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.
  21. 제 17항에서, 산화방지제는 2,2,4―트리메틸―1,2―디하이드로 퀴놀린인 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.
  22. 제 6항에서, 2차아민은 N―메틸아니린인 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.
  23. 제 1 또는 2항에서, 3치환 우레아는 1,3―디페닐―3―메틸우레아인 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.
  24. 제 10항에서, 올리고머대 락탐 단량체의 중량비는 약 1:20 내지 약 1:1인 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.
  25. 제 13항에서, 올리고머대 락탐 단량체의 중량비는 약 1:20 내지 약 1:1인 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.
  26. (a) 폴리부타디엔 또는 부타디엔 공중합체와 다음 식으로 나타낸 적어도 두 펜단트 그룹들로부터 유도되는 불포화올리고머를 함유하되, (b) 올리고머의 중량을 기준으로하여 약 0.05 내지 약 10wt.% 3치환 우레아를 함유하는 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.
    여기서, Y는 C3또는 C5의 알키렌그룹임.
  27. 제 26항에서, 상기3치환 우레아는 1,3―디페닐―3―메틸우레아인 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.
  28. 제 1 또는 2항에서, 올리고머는 약 300―20,000의수평균분자 중량을 갖는 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.
  29. 제 1 또는 2항에서, 올리고머는 약 1000―6,000사이의수평균분자 중량을 갖는 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.
  30. 제 26항에서, 올리고머는 약 300―20,000의수평균분자 중량을 갖는 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.
  31. 제 26항에서, 올리고머는 약 1000―6,000의수평균분자 중량을 갖는 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.
  32. 제 1또는 2항에서, 3치환 우레아는 다음 식으로 나타내는 것인 안정화 락탐중합 조성물.
    여기서, Y는 산소화 황으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되며 또한 R,R' 및 R″는 1가 지방족 또는 방향족 C1내지 C20하이드로 카빌기들임.
