Claims (3)

  1. 복수의 약액으로 된 처리액을 수용한 처리조내에 피처리물을 연속적으로 침지시켜서 약액 처리하는 장치에 있어서, 각 약액을 순환로를 통하여 이 처리조에 공급하는 약액공급펌프와, 처리액중의 소정의 약액의 농도검출기와, 그의 약액의 처리액중의 농도를 설정하는 농도설정기와, 처리액중의 각 약액의 조성비율을 설정하는 약액비율설정기와, 상기 농도검출기에 의한 약액농도와 상기 농도설정기에 의한 설정농도와의 편차를 해소하기 위해 필요한 그 약액의 공급량을 연산하는 동시에, 이 공급량에 의거하여, 상기 약액비율설정기의 성정조성비율에 대응시켜서 다른 약액의 공급량을 연산하여, 상기 각 약액공급펌프를 그의 연산공급량이 되도록 제어하는 연산제어기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약액처리장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 농도검출기는 소정의 약액에 혼입된 농도검정용의 트레이서물질로서 이 약액의 농도를 검출할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 약액처리장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 순환로에는 이 순환로내의 처리액과 약액과의 혼합을 위한 믹서가 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 약액 처리장치.
