Claims (5)

  1. 연료통로(18) 및, 원주형 벽(24)을 포함하고 연료통로의 한쪽 단부에 위치되는, 확장영역부(20) : 연료통내에 수용되는 팁(30), 확장영역부에 수용되는 플랜지(38), 및, 플랜지와 팁의 단부(36) 사이에 확장 영역부내에 위치되는, 시일링표면(34)을 포함하는 연료라인(32) : 원주형 벽 및 시일링 표면에 시일링 맞물림하는 0-링(22) : 및 0-링과 플랜지사이의 연료라인을 에워싸는 유지링(28)(연료라인 수송장치에 유지되어 확장영역내에서 0-링을 유지함)으로 구성된 연료라인 연결장치에 있어서, 연료라인(32)의 팁(30)이 연료통로(18) 및 유지링(28)에 의해서 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 연료라인 연결장치(fuel connection).
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 연료라인(32)이 관형이고, 그리고 팁(30)의 단부(36)가 내부로 굽어져 0-링을 관통하는 팁의 삽입동작이 용이하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료라인 연결장치.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 원주형 벽(24)이 0-링(22)과 플랜지(38)사이에서, 유지링(28)을 수용하는 환형홈(26)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료라인 연결장치.
  4. 제 3 항에 유지링(28)이, 확장영역부(20)내에 삽입되는 경우 압축된 다음 환형홈(26)내에서 확장되는, 재료로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 연료라인 연결장치.
  5. 연료통로(18) 및, 연료통로의 한쪽단부에서 확장영역부(20)를 갖는, 연료라인 수용장치(16)와 팁(30)을 갖는 연료라인(32)으로 구성된 연료라인 연결장치를 조립하는 방법에 있어서, 다음과 같은 단계 즉, 확장영역부의 원주형벽(24)과 시일링 맞물림되도록 확장영역부에 0-링(22)을 삽입하는 단계 : 확장영역부에서 0-링을 유지하도록 확장영역부에 유지링(28)을 삽입하고 유지하는 단계 : 0-링의 팁의 실린더형 표면(34)에 시일링 맞물림되고 그리고 연료통로 및 유지링에 의해서 팁이 유지되도록, 연료라인의 팁을 유지링 및 0-링을 관통하여 연료통로내에 삽입하는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 연료라인 연결장치의 조립방법.
