Claims (5)

  1. (a) 알콜내의 R-N-아세틸-3,4-디메톡시페닐알라닌을 하기 구조식 화합물의 (R,S) 혼합물과 반응시키고;
    (b) 침전된 (R,S) 염을 제거하고;
    (c) (R,R) 염을 포함하는 여과물을 농축하고, 염기로 처리하고, 하기 화합물의 원하는 R 이성체를 공지 방법에 따라 분리하는 것으로 구성되는, 다음 구조식 화합물의 R 이성체를 제조하는 방법.
    식중,
    X는 수소, 저급 알킬 또는 하드록시, 저급 알콕시 또는 카보닐로 말단이 치환된 저급 알킬,
    Y는 수소, 저급 알킬 또는 하이드록시, 저급 알콕시, R이 수소인 OR, 저급 알킬, 저급 알카노일 또는 벤조일로 말단이 치환된 저급 알킬,
    Z 및 Z'는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 니트로, 트리플루오로메틸, 저급 알킬, 하이드록시 또는 저급 알콕시,
    R3는 수소 또는 저급 알킬.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 (a)에서 알콜이 저급 알칸올인 방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 단계 (a)에서 알콜이 메탄올인 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, X,Y,Z 및 Z'가 수소인 화합물의 R 형태가 생성된 방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, R3가 수소인 방법.
