Claims (2)

  1. 구조식(XII)의 화합물과 플루오로 아세트아마이드(FCH2CONH2)를 염기 존재하에서 핵전환 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하여 중간체(II)의 화합물을 제조하여 목적물(I)을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 1항에서 염기는또는 리튬 디이소푸로필 아마이드(LDA)를 의미하며 R은 CH3,C2H5,C3H7,C4H9이 적당하다.
