제1도는 본 발명의 그립장치가 제거할 튜우브 속에 이미 삽입된 상태의 한 실시예를 나타내는 부분 횡단명도.
제2도는 그립장치가 제거할 준비가 된 튜우브를 잡은 상태의 부분 종단면도.
제3도는 가득채운 튜우브를 교체한 후의 튜우브 좌대가 아직도 구동기소에 의해 맞물리지 않은 상태의 장치의 측면도.

Claims (7)

  1. 직물기계에서 튜우브를 자동으로 교체하는 장치용의 튜우브나 그 유사체용 그립장치(gripping device)에 있어서, 교체단계중에 교체할 튜우브나 그 유사체 속으로 삽입할 수 있으며 튜우브나 그 유사체를 운반하기 위한 아동식 그립퍼(gripper) 운반체기소에 의해서 운반되는 그립퍼를 최소한 하나를 포함하며, 이 그립퍼는 압축유체의 작용에 의해서 팽창될 수 있고 튜우브나 그 유사체를 잡아주는 기소를 포함하고, 특징으로는 그립퍼에 대해서 축방향으로 이동하도록 지지된 마찰수단(mean)이 그립퍼와 관련되고 회전구동기소에 튜우브나 그 유사체를 끼워 넣기 위하여 그립퍼의 잡아주는 단부족의 방향으로 작동하는 탄성체 수단의 작용을 받게하는 그립장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 마찰수단이 그립퍼에서 축방향으로 미끄러지고 전술한 탄성체 수단의 작용을 받는 각각의 지지기소에 의해 운반되고 서로 마주하는 두개의 원판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그립장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 그립퍼가 전술한 중심기소 내부에 배치된 실제로 중공의 실린더형 팽창기소와 필수적으로 실린더형의 중심기소를 포함하며, 전술한 두 기소 중 하나가 합축유체의 작용을 받고 서로 축방향으로 움직이며, 중심기소는 중심기소 단부의 압력하에 튜우브나 그 유사체의 내측벽과 맞물리어서 팽창기소의 상응하는 원뿔절두형 단부와 협동하느 원뿔절두형을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 그립 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 중심기소가 팽창기소에 대해서 수직으로 자유롭게 미끄러지는 것을 특징으로 하는 그립장치.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 그립퍼의 팽창기소가 그립퍼의 축에 직각인 평면에서 조절될 수 있는한 기소에 고착되며, 전술한 조절 가능한 기소는 그립퍼 운반체 기소에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 그립장치.
  6. 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 그립퍼가 튜우브나 그 유사체 속으로 삽입되지 않을 때에 팽창기소가 전술한 마찰수단에 정지시기 ㅟ한 이동체 한 멈춤을 한정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그립장치.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 맞물림의 이가 그립퍼의 잡는 단부의 방향으로 면하는 전술한 마찰수단의 지지기소에 제공되고 전술한 회전구동기소에 기워넣는 목적으로 그립퍼를 회전시키기 위해 튜우브나 그 유사체 속의 상응하는 좌대속으로 삽입 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 그립장치.
