제1도는 본 발명에 사용되는 전륜 슬립제한 차동 시스템의 개념을 나타내는 도면. 제2도는 구동 시스템 및 슬립제한 차동 시스템을 갖는 뒷바퀴 차측 하우징의 종단면도.

Claims (10)

  1. 차량 엔진 또는 기어변화식 변속기에 의해 계속적으로 구동되는 제1차측 및 자동적으로 작동되는 슬립제한 차동 시스템을 통해 상기 제1차축과 구동 연결되는 제2차측의 두 개의 차륜을 갖고 있고, 상기 슬립제한 차동 시스템은 직통 구동비가 1:1에서 약간 벗어나는 유성치차 반송기, 유성치차 및 태양 치차로 되어진 유성 변속기 및 유성 변속기에 고회전일 경우에 제동력을 인가하는 제동장치로 구성되는 자동차용 전륜 구동장치에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 슬립제한 차동 시스템(17)이 차륜(39)와 직접 구동 연결되어 제2차측(후방차측 13) 상부에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전륜 구동장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 두개의 슬립제한 차동시스템(17)들이 제2차측(후방차측 13)에 장착되도, 하나의 슬립제한 차동시스템(17)은 우측 차륜(40)에 제공되고, 다른 하나의 슬립제한 차동 시스템(17)을 좌측 차륜(39)에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전륜 구동장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 슬립제한 차동 시스템(17)이 입력 태양치차(7), 입력 태양치차(7)보다는 약간 많은 수의 치를 갖고 있고 상기 입력 태양치차(7)과 인접하여 동축으로 위치하고 구동될 차륜(39 및 40)에 연결되는 출력 태양 치차(9) 및 양 태양 치차들과 계합되는 유성 치차 반송기(15)의 유성치차(14)로 구성되고, 유성치차 반송기(15)에 대한 입력 태양치차(7)의 비가 약 22:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 전륜 구동장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 두개의 슬립제한 차동 시스템(17)들이 차량의 종방향으로 연장된 구동축(6)에 의해 각 구동장치(20,21)를 통해 구동 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전륜 구동장치.
  5. 제3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 각 구동장치가 구동축(6)과 동축인 베벨기어(20) 및 제2차축(13)과 동축인 베벨기어(21)로 구성되고, 상기 베벨기어(21)의 저널은 우측 유성 변속기(8)의 입력 태양치차(7)에 비틀림식으로 고정되고, 좌측 유성 변속기(8)의 입력 태양치차(7)은 축(중공축 23)의 중심에 고정되는 비틀림 고정방식으로 베벨리기어(21)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전륜 구동장치.
  6. 제2항 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서 각각의 슬립제한 차동 시스템(17)이 하우징 캡(31)에 의해 감싸여져 그 내부에 장입되고, 양 하우징 캡(31)들은 각 구동장치(21,21)을 감싸는 중심 하우징(33)상에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전륜 구동장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 중심 하우징(33)의 좌측 하우징 캡(31)과 분할되는 면상에 중공축(23)용의 지지판(34)를 주조 성형하고, 중심 하우징(33)과 우측 하우징 캡(31)사이에서 그 내부에 베벨기어(21)의 저널(22)가 장입되어 지도록 지지판을 나사체결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전륜 구동장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 제동장치(16)으로서 원심제동기를 사용하고, 제동기의 제동슈(29,30)은 유성치차 반송기(15)에 고정된 차륜을 향한 지지볼트들의 단부들 상에서 회동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전륜 구동장치.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 제동장치(16)으로 유압제동기, 전기적인 와류전류 제동기 또는 외부에서 작동시키는 디스크제동기 또는 라멜라 제동기를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전륜 구동장치.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제동장치(16)이 하우징(31,33)의 외측에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전륜 구동장치.
