Claims (10)

  1. 구조자가 착용하는 안전벨트(2) 그리고 이 안전벨트(2)에 부착되는 휴대용가방(3) 속에는 하강줄(8)에 연결된 스냅링(7), 적당한 길이의 하강줄(8)이 접혀져 있는 작동백(11), 하강줄(8)에 끼워져 유동되는 보호패드(9), 하강줄(8)이 끼워지는 8자 형상의 걸림쇠(10) 그리고 하강줄(8)의 끝단부에 부착된 멈춤링(12)이 들어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전하강 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 안전벨트(2)가 허리, 히프, 가슴 형상에 맞도록 조절하여 착용되어 짐을 특징으로 하는 안전하강 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 스냅링(7)이 카라바이너(Carabiner)임을 특징으로 하는 안전하강 시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 하강줄(8)이 그물과 같이 짜여진 파이프 형상으로 아라미드 파이버(Aramid Fiber)재질로 엮어짐을 특징으로 하는 안전하강 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 보호패드(9)가 아라미드 파이버 재질의 하강줄(8)과 접촉되어 지는 상하 내측면 부위로 한쌍의 얇은 박판(16)을 갖고 아라미드 파이버 재질로 엮어서 되어짐을 특징으로 하는 안전하강 시스템.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 자8형상의 걸림쇠(10)를 고장력 알루미늄 합금으로 하여 8자 상부 원형내에 수평바를 형성하고 상부 양측부에는 하방으로 돌출된 수직단을 형성함과 함께 하부에도 상부와 비슷한 크기의 원형홀을 일체로 형성하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 안전하강시스.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 안전벨트(2)의 허리띠(6) 바깥면에 접착용벨트로 패드를 겹쳐 부착하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 안전하강 시스템.
  8. 고층빌딩의 각 비상출구 주변의 적당한 위치에 다수의 안전벨트(2)와 휴대용가방(3) 속에는 하강줄(8)에 연결된 스냅링(7), 적당한 길이의 하강줄(8)이 접혀져 있는 작동백(11), 하강줄(8)에 끼워져 유동되는 보호패드(9), 하강줄(8)이 끼워지는 8자형상의 걸림쇠(10) 그리고 하강줄(8)의 끝단부에 부착된 멈춤링(12)이 일체로 들어있는 이 휴대용가방(3)을 안전벨트(2)와 동일한 숫자로 저장된 구명함을 비치하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 안전하강 시스템.
  9. 고층빌딩의 각 비상출구 주변의 적당한 위치에 다수의 안전벨트(2)와 휴대용가방(3)속에 하강줄(8)에 연결된 스냅링(7), 적당한 길이의 하강줄(8)이 접혀져 있는 작동백(11), 하강줄(8)에 끼워져 유동되는 보호패드(9), 하강줄(8)이 끼워지는 8자 형상으로 된 다수의 걸림쇠(10), 그리고 하강줄(8)의 끝단부에 부착된 멈춤링(12)이 일체로 들어있는 이 휴대용가방(3)을 저장한 구명함을 비치하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 안전하강 시스템.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 구명함의 상부 모서리면에 보호패드가 부착되어짐을 특징으로 하는 안전하강 시스템.
