Claims (1)

  1. 가마선 조사에 의한 저장법에 있어서 젓갈류(새우젓, 멸치젓, 오징어젓, 창란젓등)을 일정량씩 비통기성 폴리에틸렌 백과 같은 특수용기속에 넣고 밀봉한 코발트 60감마선을 2-7KGY 조사하여 저장함을 특징으로 하는 젓갈류의 안전한 장기저장법.
