Claims (1)

  1. 60℃ 감마선 조사에 에한 식품 장기저장법에 있어서, 건어물을 먼저 폴리에틸렌 백으로 포장한 다음 60℃ 감마선을 0.7-1.0KGy 조사하여 실온에서 저장함을 특징으로 하는 건어물의 장기 안전 저장방법.
