Claims (1)

  1. 감마선 조사에 의한 닭고기의 장기저장법에 있어서 도계후 닭의 머리와 내장을 제거한 것을 폴리에틸렌 튜브속에 한 마리씩 포장한 다음 감마선을 8-10KGY 조사하여 3℃ 내지 4℃의 냉온에서 저장함을 특징으로 하는 닭고기의 장기 안정저장 방법.
