  1. 감마선 조사에 의한 저장법에 있어서 단무지, 마늘장아치, 깻잎절임등 절임류의 일정량을 비통기성 폴리에틸렌백과 같은 용기에 넣고 밀봉한 다음 코발트 60 감마선을 2-5KGY 조사하여 저장함을 특징으로 하는 절임류의 안전한 장기 저장법.
