Claims (1)

  1. 고체진소자(A)와 제1의 바이어스 전류원(I1)에 의하여 구동되고, 상기 고체공진소자(A)에 의한 공진신호를 증폭 여진하여 소정 주파수로 발진시키는 여진회로(11)와 이 여진회로이 출력단에 접속되는 캐패시터(C2) 및 저항(R3)으로 구성되는 이상회로와 이 이상회로를 개재하여 상기 고체공진소자(A) 및 여자회로(11)에 접속되어 제2의 바이어스 전류원(I2),(I3)으로부터의 가변전류에 의하여 그 등가 리액턴스를 가변제어하므로써 상기 고체공진소자(A)에 대한 병렬용량을 가변제어하는 가변리액턴스회로(13)로 구성되고, 이 가변 리액턴스회로(13)의 상기 제2바이어스 전류원(Il),(I3)의 전류제어에 연동해서 상기 여진회로(11)의 상기 제1바이어스 전류원의 전류를 제어하도록 구성한 (I1),(I4) 것을 특징으로 하는 가변주파수 발진회로.
