Claims (24)

  1. 특히 살진균제로 사용될 수 있는 하기 일반식(I)로 표시하는 화합물 및 그 물질의 염류.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 부분 입체 이성체의 혼합물 형으로 되어 있는 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 트리아졸릴메틸 및 트리플루오로에톡시 그룹이 테트라히드로푸란환의 플레인의 동일 방향에 위치환 부분 입체 이성체의 형태로 된 화합물.
  4. 하기 일반식(II)로 표시되는 화합물과 이미다졸 또는 트리아졸의 알칼리 금속 유도체를 반응시켜 제1항에 있어서의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    (식중, Z는 염소 또는 브룸원자이다)
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 온도는 50 내지 250℃이고, 또는 그 혼합물은 비양자성 극성 용매를 포함하고 또는 반응물의 총 농도가 1 내지 50%인 제조 방법.
  6. 트리플루오로에탄올(CF3CH2OH)가 산성 촉매의 존재하에서 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)로 표시되는 화합물과 반응하여 제1항에 있어서의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    (식중, R3는 유기기이고, 더욱 바람직하게는 알킬기로써 두개의 R3기가 알킬렌과 같은 한개의 2가 관능기를 상호 형성할 수 있는 것이다)
  7. 유효 성분을 적어도 하나의 농경적으로 유용한 비활성의 담체와 결합시키는 데 있어서, 상기 제1항 내지 제3항의 어떤 하나의 것에 의한 산물을 유효 성분으로 포함하고 있는 살진균 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 유효 성분을 0.5 내지 95% 함유하고 있는 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 담체를 1 내지 95% 함유하고 계면 활성제를 0.1 내지 20% 함유하는 조성물.
  10. 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 하나에 따른 유효성분의 유효 용량을 사용하여 경작물의 진균성 질환을 퇴치하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 제7항 내지 9항의 어느 하나에 따른 조성물을 사용하는 데, 이때 유효 성분을 0.005 내지 5kg/ha의 비율로, 더욱 바람직하게는 0.01 내지 0.5kg/ha의 비율로 하는 방법.
  12. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 화합물
    (Z=염소 또는 브롬 원자)
  13. 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 의한 하나 또는 그 이상의 화합물과 다음의 항을 이루는 그룹(Ⅱ) 중에서 선택한 하나 또는 그 이상의 화합물로 이루어진 것으로써 살진균제로 사용될 수 있는 조성물.
    1) 퀸토젠 또는 클로로탈로닐과 같은 클로로화 또는 니트로화 벤젠 유도체,
    2) 켑탄, 폴펠, 켑타폴, 이프로디온 및 푸로시미돈과 같은 디카르복이미드 유도체,
    3) 퀴놀린(에톡시퀸), 모르폴린(도데모르프, 트리데모르프, 휀프로피모르프) 및 피페리딘(휀푸르피딘)과 같은 하나 또는 그 이상의 복소환 화합물을 포함하는 유도체들,
    4) 포셀틸-알루미늄 및 포스포러스 에시드 자체와 같은 금속 포스피트 등의 포스포러스 에시드 유도체.
    5) 마네브, 만코제브, 또는 지네브 같은 디티오카바민산 유도체,
    6) 디노켑 또는 바이나파크릴과 같은 페놀 유도체.
    7) 디티아논 또는 클로로아닐과 같은 퀴논 유도체,
    8) 카르벤다짐, 베노밀 및 티오파네이트-메틸 같은 카바민산 및 벤즈이미다졸 유도체,
    9) 다조메트 또는 에트리디아졸과 같은 유황 유도체,
    10) 디클로란, 카르복신, 트리포린, 사이목사닐, 메타락실 및 오푸레이스 등과 같은 아민 및 아미드,
    11) 퀴노메티오네이트, 훼나리몰, 아닐라진, 누아리몰, 부피리메트, 에틸리몰 및 피라조포스와 같은 디아진,
    12) 디클로플루나이드 및 톨릴플루나이드와 같은 설파미드,
    13) 도구아딘과 같은 구아니딘,
    14) 예를 들면 디니코나졸과 같이 영국 특허 제2,046,260흐에 그 내용이 기재되어 있는 것을 이루는 트리아졸 또는 타 공지의 트리아졸, 푸로피코나졸, 트리아디메폰, 트리아디메놀, 디클로부트라졸, 비테타놀, 펜코나졸 및 플루트리아폴,
    15) 푸로클로라즈 또는 이마자릴과 같은 이미다졸,
    16) 프랑스 특허 제2,521,141호에 기재된 바와 같은 시아노벤즈이미다졸,
    17) 동 또는 동 유도체.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 그룹(Ⅱ)의 생성물이 하기의 유효 성분으로부터 선택된 것인 조성물 클로로탈로닐, 이프로디온, 휀푸로피모르프, 트리데모르프, 휀푸르피딘, 디노켑, 디티아논, 마네브, 만코제브, 지네브, 포세틸-알루미늄, 사이목사닐, 켑탄, 카르벤다짐, 켑타폴, 설파, 동 및 동 옥시클로라이트와 같은 동 유도체.
  15. 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 일반식(I)로 표시되는 화합물과 그룹 (II)의 유효 성분의 중량비율이 0.0003 내지 3,000인 조성물.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 중량 비율이 0.001 내지 3,000인 조성물.
  17. 제13항 내지 제16항 중의 어느 한 항에 의한 조합물의 살진균제로써의 용도.
  18. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 의한 최소한 하나의 화합물과 휀푸로피딘, 휀푸로피도르프,트리테모르프, 또는 이프로디온 중에서 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 화합물과 병용하는 곡물의 질병 처치를 위한 용도.
  19. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 의한 최소한 하나의 화합물과, 마네브, 지네브, 만코제브, 유황 또는 디노켑 중에서 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 화합물과 병용하는 포도나무에의 처리를 위한 용도.
  20. 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 의한 최소한 하나의 화합물과 카르벤다짐, 켑타폴, 켑탄, 디티아논, 만코제브, 마테브 및 동으로부터 선택한 하나 또는 그 이상의 화합물과 병용하는 수목 재배시 처리를 위한 용도.
  21. 제13항 내지 제16항의 어느 한 항에 의한 화합물의 조성물을 유효 성분으로 하며 최소한 하나의 농작적으로 유용한 비활성의 담체를 동시에 함유하고 있는 살진균 조성물.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 유효 성분을 0.5 내지 95% 함유하고 있는 살진균 조성물.
  23. 제13항 내지 제23항의 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 유효 용량 투여하여 농작물의 진균성 질환을 방제하는 방법.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 투여되는 조성물이 0.005 내지 5kg/h, 바람직하게는 0.01 내지 0.5kg/ha의 속도인 방제 방법.
