Claims (12)
- 소요온도 및 pH에서 용제의 존재하에 알콕시드를 가수분해하여 솔을 제조하고, 이 솔은 추출액체로 적절히 교반하면서 초임계적으로 처리하여 이루어지는 단분산 금속산화물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단분산 금속산화물은 원소의 주기율표의 그룹 ⅡA&B, ⅢA&B, ⅣA&B, ⅤA&B, ⅥA&B, ⅦB ALC Ⅷ의 금속에 대응하는 최소한 1개 이상의 금속산화물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 금속산화물이 상기 그룹중에 2개 이상의 금속로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 금속산화물이 실리카인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 산인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 염기인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 용제가 알콜인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 용제가 알콜·방향족 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 용제가 톨루엔·부탄올 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 솔 제조기간중의 온도가 -20℃ 내지 용제의 비등점의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 온도가 20℃ 내지 30℃의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 금속산화물이 티타니아인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
