Claims (5)

  1. 불포화 카복실산 제조용 촉매의 제조방법에 있어서, 평균 입자크기 0.2미크론 이하의 삼산화 안티몬을 출발물질로서 사용함을 특징으로 하여, 적어도 인ㆍ몰리브덴 및 안티몬이 함유된 다성분 조성을 갖는 촉매를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 안티몬의 평균입자크기가 0.1 내지 0.01미크론인 방법.
  3. 촉매성분의 원자비가 몰리브덴 값 12에 대해 인 0.3 내지 3, 안티몬 0.05 내지 3, 알칼리금속 및 탈륨 0 내지 3, 및 모든 기타성분 0 내지 10인 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 촉매.
  4. 불포화 알데히드를 산소ㆍ질소 및 증기혼합물과 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 촉매 존재하, 승온에서 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하여, 불포화 카복실산을 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 기술한 카복실산이 메타크릴산이고, 기술한 알데히드가 메타크롤레인인 방법.
