Claims (3)
- 폴리에스터에 특정된 카본블랙과 내열성 안트라퀴논 계염료를 첨가하여 조성한 착색제와 이산화티탄올 0.5-1.0% 함유하는 폴리에스터를 1:5-10의 비율로 혼합하여 조성한 방사용을 방사하여 제조한 적외선 가피(可避) 폴리에스터 원착섬유. 단, 위에서 폴리에스터라함은 통상의 방법에 의하여 테레프탈산과 에틸렌글리콜을 주원료로 축중합하여 생성된 것을 말한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카본블랙은 입경 20-25mμ이고 표면산화율이 1-5%이고 오일흡수량이 90-120cc/100gr이고 pH 6-8인 비이드형의 것이며, 안트라퀴논계 염료는 260-290℃의 온도에서도 안정성을 가진 것이며, 이산화티탄은 아나타제타입의 것임을 특징으로하는 적외선가피 폴리에스터 원착섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제조된 섬유속에 카본블랙의 입경은 1μ이하이고 섬유가 650nm-1200nm의 범위내의 파장을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 적외선 가피 폴리에스터 원착섬유.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
