Claims (7)
- 유동체는 적어도 하나의 입구를 통해 유입되고 농축물은 그 입구의 반대쪽에 있는 적어도 하나의 출구를 통해 배출되는 유체실을 가지는 필터 하우징과 여과액이 배출되는 수집실과 유체실과 수집실 사이에 배치되어 있는 적어도 하나의 미세 구멍막을 포함하며 상기 막은 여과될 유동체가 따라 흐르는 입구면 및 수집실을 향해 배치되는 출구면과 약 0.1㎛ 내지 30㎛폭의 구멍을 가지는 직교류 마이크로 필터에 있어서, 상기 막은 틈모양의 횡단면과 일정한 단면을 가지며 상기 구멍을 형성하도록 적어도 한줄에서 배치되고 서로 예정거리에서 이격된 다수의 웨브를 포합하며, 그 개선에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 필터는 또 상기 웨브를 덮고 상기 개구를 옆으로 배치하는 2개의 덮개판을 포함하여, 상기 웨브는 X-선 석판 인쇄, X-선 깊이 석판 인쇄-전기판술, 주조 또는 주조와 전기판술에 의해 상기 판중의 하나에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직교류 마이크로 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 웨브는 구멍을 통하는 유체 방향은 입구면을 따라 유동체 유동 방향에 대하여 약 90°내지 135°사이의 각도이도록 유체실에서 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직교류 마이크로 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유체실에 인접하는 각각 웨브의 면은 둥근 것을 특징으로 하는 직교류 마이크로 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 웨브는 판 사이에서 약 0.1mm 내지 2mm의 높이를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 직교류 마이크로 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 웨브는 2개의 판 사이에서 다수의 줄을 이루는 짝속에 배치되며, 웨브줄의 각 짝내에서 웨브줄은 상기 실의 각각 하나를 그들 사이에서 둘러싸는 방법으로 서로 거울상으로써 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직교류 마이크로 필터.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유체실은 다수의 입구와 다수의 출구를 가지며, 또 유입구 분배기 및 농축물 수집기를 포함하며 각각은 단부 분기를 포함하는 다수의 분기점을 가지며 상기 유입구 분배기의 각각의 단부 분기는 유체실의 각각의 입구에 연결되며 상기 농축물 수집기의 가각의 단부 분기는 유체실의 각각의 출구에 연결되며, 상기 유입구 분배기 및 상기 농축물 수집기 각각은 또 2개의 판과 다수의 격벽을 가지며 상기 격벽은 일정한 단면을 가지고 상기 벽 사이에서 일정한 위치에서 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직교류 마이크로 필터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 분배기와 상기 수집기의 상기 각 판은 상기 마이크로 필터의 각각의 덮개판과, 일체이며, 상기 격벽은 상기 하나의 덮개판과 일체인 상기 분배기의 상기 판과 상기 수집기의 상기 판에 형성되며, 상기 격벽은 상기 분배기와 상기 수집기의 상기 다른 판에 의해 덮혀지는 것을 특징으로 하는 직교류 마이크로 필터.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
