Claims (13)

  1. 활성성분으로서의 하기 일반식 Ⅰ의 할로페닐 알킬비우테트와 담체로 구성되는 제초제 조성물;
    상기 식에서 Hal은 염소 또는, 특히 불소원자를 나타내며; R1은 수소원자, C1-6알콕시기, C1-6알킬기를 나타내며; R2는 C1-6알킬기 또는 수소기를 나타내며; R3는 C1-6알킬기를 나타내며; 또는 R1과 R3가 함께 C2-4알킬렌기를 나타내고; X가 수소 또는 할로겐원; C7-14아랄킬기 또는 C1-10알킬기(각각은 한 또는 그 이상의 할로겐 원자로, 또는 C1-6알콕시, C1-6알콕시이미노, C1-6아릴티오, C1-6알킬티오, C7-14아랄킬옥시, C2-7알카노일옥시 또는 C3-6아세탈기로 임의적으로 치환될 수 있음); C6-10아릴, C1-6알콕시, C7-14아랄킬옥시, C2-6알케닐, (C1-6알킬)카바모일, C2-7알카노일 또는 C7-11아로일기 또는 하나 또는 그 이상의 할로겐원자로 임의적으로 치환된 C3-8시클로알킬기를 나타냄.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 메틸기이고, R2가 수소원자인 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, X가 수소 또는 할로겐원자, 하나 또는 그 이상의 불소원자로 또는 C1-4알콕시, C1-4알콕시이미노, 에틸렌아세탈 또는 아세톡시기로 임의적으로 치환된 C1-4알콕기; 알킬성분이 C1-4알콕시 또는 C1-4알콕시이미노기로 임의적으로 치환된 벤질기; 또는 페닐, 아세틸, C2-4알케닐, C1-4알킬카바모일 또는 C1-4알콕시기; 또는 하나 또는 그 이상의 할로겐원자로 임의적으로 치환된 C3-6시클로알킬기를 나타내는 조성물.
  4. 실시예와 관련하여 앞에서 기술된, 실질적으로 제1항에서 정의된 조성물.
  5. X가 수소원자를 나타내지 않을 수 있는 것을 빼고는, 치환기들이 제1항에 정의된 의미를 갖는, 제1항에 정의된 식 Ⅰ의 할로 페닐알킬 비우레트.
  6. 제5항에서 정약되고 실시예 1-51중 어느 하나에서 특징적으로 지명된 할로 페닐알킬 비우레트.
  7. 하기식 Ⅱ의 페닐 이소시아네이트를 하기식 Ⅲ의 치환우레아와 반응시키는 것으로 구성되는 , 제5항에 정의된 화합물의 제조방법:
    (치환기 Hal, X, R1, R2및 R3는 제5항에서 정의된 의미를 가짐.)
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 식 Ⅱ의 페닐 이소시아네이트가 포시핀을 하기식 Ⅳ의 아민과 반응시키는 것에 의해 그 자리에서 제조되는 방법.
  9. 하기식 Ⅳ의 아민을 1,3-디메틸 아제티딘티올 또는 3,5-디메틸 옥사디아진트리온과 반응시키는 것으로 구성되는, R1및 R3가 메틸이고 R2가 수소인 제1항에 청구된 화합물의 제조방법.
  10. 제7항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 특히 실시예와 관련하여 기술된 바와 같이 실질적으로 수행되는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 제7항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 방법으로 제조되는 화합물.
  12. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 조성물 또는 제5항, 제6항 또는 제11항에 청구된 화합물로 부위를 처리하는 것으로 구성되는, 바람직하지 않은 식물성장을 부위에서 저지하는 방법.
  13. 제1항 내지 제6항 또는 제11항중 어느 한 항에 정의된 할로 페닐 알킬비우레트의 제초제로서의 용도.
