Claims (12)
- 일반식(1)의화합물 및 그의 입체이성체[식중,W는 R1O2C-C=CH-ZR2(서로 동일 또는 상이한 R1 및 R2는 알킬 또는 플루오로 알킬 그룹이고, Z는 산소 또는 황원자);A는 산수 또는 황원자, -NR3- 또는 -CR4R5;X,Y 및 Z1은 (동일 또는 상이함)수소 또는 할로겐 원자, 또는 하이드록시, 임의 치환된 알킬, 임의 치환된 사이클로알킬, 임의 치환된 사이클로알킬알킬, 임의 치환된 아랄킬, 임의 치환된 헤테로아릴알킬, 임의 치환된 아릴옥시알킬, 임의 치환된 헤테로아릴옥시알킬, 임의 치환된 알케닐, 임의 치환된 알키닐, 임의 치환된 아릴, 임의 치환된 헤테로아릴, 임의치환된 알콕시, 임의 치환된 아릴알콕시, 임의 치환된 아릴옥시, 임의 치환된 헤테로아릴옥시, 임의 치환된 아실옥시, 임의치환된 아미노, 임의 치환된 아실아미노, 임의 치환된 아릴아조, 니트로, 시아노, -CO2R6,-CONR7R8,-COR9,-CR=NR10,-CR=NOR10또는 -N=CR11R12그룹,또는 그룹 X 및 Y는 환상에서 인접위치에 있을 경우, 임의 결함하여 융합환을 마들며 방향족 또는 지방족이되며 임의로 한개 또는 그 이상의 헤테로원자를 함유한다;R,R3,R4,R5,R6,R7,R8,R9,R10,R11및 R12은 (서로 동일 또는 상이함), 수소원자(단 R4및 R5가 수소가아닐 경우) 또는 임의 치환 알킬, 임의 치환사이클로알킬, 임의 치환 사이클로 알킬알킬, 임의 치환 아랄킬, 임의 치환헤테로아릴알킬, 임의 치환 아릴옥시알킬, 임의 치환 헤테로아릴옥시알킬, 임의 치환 알케닐, 임의 치환 알키닐, 임의 치환 헤테로아릴 그룹];
- 제1항에 있어서, X,Y 및 Z1은 수소, 할로겐, C1-4알킬 C1-4)아릴, 알킬헤테로아릴 C1-4알킬, 헤테로아릴옥시 C1-4알킬, 헤테로아릴옥시, 아릴옥시 C1-4알킬, 알콕시, 아릴 C1-4알콕시, 아리옥시, 아릴 C1-4알케닐, 헤테로아릴 C1-4알케닐, 아릴 C2-4알키닐, 헤테로아릴 C2-4알키닐, 시아노 C2-4알콕시카보닐 및 아릴옥시카보닐로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되며, X,Y 및 Z1중 하나는 수소가 아니며 그 수소가 그룹 W에 인접한 헤테로싸클이환상에 있지 않는 화합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 둘다메틸인 화합물.
- 일반식(1a)의 화합물:[식중, X는 (아실레이트 그룹에 인접한 위치에 있음)할로겐, C1-4알킬, 할로 C1-4알킬, 아릴C1-4알킬, 아릴옥시C1-4알킬, 아릴C1-4알케닐, 아릴옥시 또는 아실].
- 일반식(1b)의 화합물.[식중, R1은 수소, C1-4알킬 또는 아릴(C1-4)알킬;X는 수소, (C1-4)알킬, 아릴(C1-4)알킬, 아릴(C2-4)알케닐 eh는 아실; 및Y 및 Z1은 수소이고; X가 수소일때 Y 및 Z1은 함께 융합 벤젠환을 형성한다].
- (i)일반식(2)의 케토에스테르를 통상의 용매내에서 일반식 Ph3P+, -CH(ZR2)의 포소포란과 처리하거나;(ii)산성 또는 염기성 조건하에서 일반식(10)의 아세탈로부터 알콜 R2ZH를 방출하거나;Z가 산소일 경우,(ⅲ)일반식(13)의 화합물(R13은 금속원자)을 R2Q로 처리하거나 R13이 수소인 경우 연속적으로 염기 및 R2Q로 리하거나;(ⅳ)일반식(12)의 아크릴산 유도체를 브롬, 시약 R2OM 및 나트륨 수소 황산염으로 연속 처리하거나;Z가 황일 경우,(ⅴ)일반식(2)의 케토에스테르를 일반식(CH3)3SiCH(Li)SR2의 리티오종으로 처리하거나;(ⅵ)임의적으로 탈수소제의 조건하에서 산성 조건하에서 일반식(13)의 에놀 (R13은 수소)을 일반식 R2SH의 티올과 반응시키거나;(ⅶ)일반식(15)의 베타 클로로아크릴레이트를 일반식 R2SM의 티올레이트와 반응시키거나;(ⅷ)다음 일반식(16)의 베타-설포닐옥시아크릴레이트를 일반식 R2SM의 티올레이트로 처리하는 것으로 구성되는,[식중, A, X, Y, Z, Z1, R1및 R2는 제1항에 기술된 바와 같으며;Ph는 페닐;R13은 수소 또는 금속원자;Q는 이탈그룹;M은 금속원자 또는 결합 할로겐을 가지는 금속원자, 제1항의 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물의 제조방법.
- 본 원에 기술된 일반식(2) 및 (9) 내지 (17)의 화학중간 물질.
- 활성성분으로서, 살균 효과량의 제1항의 화합물 및 살균에 허용 가능한 담체 또는 희석제를 포함하는 살균조성물.
- 식물 또는 종자 또는 그의 국부에 제1항의 화합물 또는 제8항의 조성물을 가하는 것을 포함하는, 살충 또는 식물 성장 조절용 조성물.
- 활성 성분으로서, 효과량 만큼의 제1항의 화합물 및 허용 가능한 EKAC 또는 희석제를 포함하는 살충 또는 식물 성장 조절용 조성물.
- 곤충 또는 그의 국부에, 일반식(1)의 살충 화합물을 효과량 만큼 투여하는 것으로 구성되는 곤충 페스트 퇴치 방법.
