Claims (11)

  1. 일반식(I)의 화합물 및 그의 입체이성체
    식중, W는 R1O2C-C=CH-ZR2(서로 동일 또는 상이한 R1및 R2는 알킬 또는 플루오로 알킬 그룹이고, Z는 산소 또는 황원자) ; A는 산소 또는 황원자, -NR3-, 또는 -CR4R5; X, Y 및 Z1(동일 또는 상이함)수소 또는 할로겐원자, 또는 하이드록시, 임의 치환된 알킬, 임의 치환된 사이클로알킬, 임의 치환된 사이클로알킬알킬, 임의 치환된 아랄킬, 임의 치환된 헤테로알릴알킬, 임의 치환된 아릴옥시 알킬, 임의 치환된 헤테로아릴옥시알킬, 임의 치환된 알케닐, 임의 치환된 알키닐, 임의 치환된 아릴, 임의 치환된 헤테로아릴, 임의 치환된 알콕시, 임의 치환된 아릴알콕시, 임의 치환된 아릴옥시, 임의 치환된 헤테로아릴옥시, 임의 치환된 아실옥시, 임의 치환된 아미노, 임의 치환된 아실아미노, 임의 치환된 아릴아조, 니트로, 시아노, -CO2R6, -CONR7R8, -COR9, -CR=NR10, -CR=NOR10또는 -N=CR11R12그룹 ; 또는 그룹 X 및 Y는 환상에서 인접위치에 있을 경우, 임의 결합하여 융합환을 만들며 방향족 또는 지방족이되며 임의로 한개 또는 그 이상의 헤테로원자를 함유한다 : R, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, F8, R9, R10, R11및 R12은(서로 동일 또는 상이함), 수소원자(단 R4및 R5가 수소가 아닐 경우) 또는 임의 치환 알킬, 임의 치환 사이클로알킬, 임의 치환 사이클로 알킬알킬, 임의 치환 아랄킬, 임의 치환 헤테로 아릴알킬, 임의 치환 아릴옥시알킬, 임의 치환 헤테로아릴옥시알킬, 임의 치환 알케닐, 임의 치환 알키닐, 임의 치환 아릴 또는 임의 치환 헤테로아릴 그룹.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, X, Y 및 Z1은 수소, 할로겐, C1-4알킬, 아릴(C1-4)알킬, 헤테로아릴(C1-4) 알킬, 헤테로아릴옥시(C1-4)알킬, 헤테로아릴옥시, 아릴옥시(C1-4)알킬, 아릴(C1-4) 알콕시, 아릴(C1-4) 알콕시, 아릴옥시, 아릴(C2-4)알케닐, 헤테로아릴(C2-4)알케닐, 아릴(C2-4)알키닐, 헤테로알릴(C2-4)알키닐, 시아노, C1-4알콕시카보닐 및 아릴옥시카보닐로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되며 X, Y 및 ,Z1중 하나는 수소가 아니며 그 주소가 그룹 W에 인접한 헤테로싸이클환상에 있지 않은 화합물.
  3. 제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 둘다 메틸인 화합물.
  4. 일반식(1a)의 화합물.
    식중, X는(아실레이트 그룹에 인접한 위치에 있음)할로겐, C1-4알킬, 할로(C1-4)알킬, 아릴(C1-4)알킬, 아릴옥시(C1-4)알킬, 아릴(C2-4)알케닐, 아릴옥시 또는 아실.
  5. 일반식(1b) 의 화합물.
    식중, R1은 수소, C1-4알킬 또는 아릴(C1-4)알킬 ; X는 수소, C1-4알킬, 아릴(C1-4)알킬, 아릴(C2-4)알케닐 또는 아실 ; 및 Y 및 Z1은 수소이고, ; X가 수소일때 Y 및 Z1은 함께 융합 벤젠환을 형성한다.
  6. 본 원에 기술된 일반식(2) 및 (9) 내지 (17) 의 화학적 중간 물질.
    식중, A, X, Y, Z1, R1및 R2는 제1항에 기술된 바와 같으며, Ph는 페닐 R13은 수소 또는 금속원자, R14는 알킬 그룹, R15는 알킬 또는 임의 치환 아릴 그룹 O는 이탈그룹 M은 금속원자 또는 결합 할로겐을 가지는 금속원자.
  7. 활성 성분으로서, 살균 효과량의 제1항의 화합물 및 살균에 허용가능한 담체 또는 희석제를 포함하는 살균 조성물.
  8. 식물 또는 종자 또는 그의 국부에 제1항의 화합물 또는 제7항의 조성물을 가하는 것을 포함하는 살균 조성물.
  9. 활성 성분으로서 효과량 만큼의 제1항의 화합물 및 허요가능한 담체 또는 희석제를 포함하는, 살충 또는 식물 성장 조절용 조성물.
  10. 곤충 또는 그의 국부에, 일반식(I)의 살충화합물을 효과량 만큼 투여하는 것으로 구성되는 곤충 페스트 퇴치 방법.
  11. 식물에, 제1항에 따르는 일반식(I)의 식물 성장 조절용 화합물을 효과량 만큼 투여하는 것으로 구성되는 식물 성장 조절 방법.
