Claims (5)
- B.t. Kurstaki 델타-엔도톡신을 암호하는 유전자와 B.t. tenebrionis 델타-엔도톡신을 암호하는 유전자를 함유하는 하이브리드 바실러스 투린긴시스(Bacillus thuringiensis) 세포.
- 제1항에 있어서, B.t. Kurstaki 균주에 전형적인 델타-엔도톡신 결정과 B.t. tenebrionis 균주에 전형적인 델타-엔도톡신 결정을 생산할 수 있는 하이브리드 박테리아 세포.
- 델타-엔도톡신 결정생산 B.t. Kurstaki 균주와 델타-엔도톡신 결정생산 B.t. tenebrionis 균주를 접합시켜 얻을 수 있으며, B.t. Kurstaki와 B.t. tenebrionis 모(母)균주에 의해 구제될 수 있는 해충을 생물학적으로 구제하도록 하는 델타-엔도톡신을 생산할 있는 하이브리드 박테리아 세포.
