Claims (3)
- 염화칼륨을 포함하는 저나트륨 식염의 제조에 있어서, 글리신, 구연산 및 호박산을 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 저나트륨 식염의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 글루타민산나트륨, 이노신산나트륨 및 구아닐산나트륨은 글리신, 구연산 및 호박산 조합물의 느끼한 맛 및 신맛을 마스킹하기 위해 첨가하는 것.
- 염화나트륨, 염화칼륨, 글루타민산나트륨, 글리신, 호박산, 구연산의 혼합물을 미분쇄하고 유동층 과립건조기에 투입한 다음, 구아검, 이노신산나트륨 및 구아닐산나트륨을 물에 용해한 용액을 분부하여 과립화함을 특징으로하는 저나트륨 식염의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
