제1도는 본 발명의 알루미늄용탕의 처리방법의 실시에 사용하는 장치의 구체적 예를 도시하는 수직단면
제2도는 실시예 1-4및 비교예 1의 결과를 도시하고, 수소기체 제거처리시간과 처리를 한 후의 용탕속의 수소기체량과의 관계를 표시한 그래프.
제3도는 실시예 5-7및 비교예 2의 결과를 표시하고, 수소기체 제거처리시간과 처리를 한 후의 용탕속의 수소기체량과의 관계를 표시한 그래프.

Claims (6)

  1. 알루미늄용탕이 든 처리조내의 용탕표면보다 윗쪽 부분을 대기의 노점보다 낮은 노점의 공기 분위기로 하고, 그것을 그대로 유지하는 일과, 알루미늄용탕 속에 처리기체를 취입시키는 일과, 또 용탕 표면에 부상한 수소기체를 함유한 처리기체및 비금속개재물을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 알루미늄용탕 속에서 수소기체 및 비금속개재물을 제거하는 알루미늄용탕의 처리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분위기 중의 공기의 노점이 -30℃이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄용탕 속에서 수소기체 및 비금속개재물을 제거하는 알루미늄용탕의 처리방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분위기 중의 공기의 노점이 -50℃이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 알류미늄용탕 속에서 수소기체 및 비금속개재물을 제거하는 알루미늄용탕의 처리방법.
  4. 제1항-제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 대기의 노점보다 낮은 노점을 가지는 공기의 대기를 압축하여 이 압축대기를 건조제가 든 제습기내를 통과시키므로써 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄용탕 속에서 수소기체 및 비금속개재물을 제거하는 알루미늄용탕의 처리방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 건조제가 합성제올라이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄용탕 속에서 수소기체 및 비금속개재물을 제거하는 알루미늄용탕의 처리방법.
  6. 제1항-제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서 알루미늄용탕 속에 침지되고, 또 내부에 처리가스 공급로를 가지는 회전축과, 회전축의 하단에 고정되고 또 처리가스 공급로에 연결되는 처리기체 분출구를 가지는 회전자로 구성되는 처리기체 취입장치를 준비하여, 처리기체 공급로에 처리기체를 취입하면서 회전자를 회전시켜서 처리기체를 처리기체 분출구로부터 용탕속에 분출시키므로써 알루미늄 용탕 속으로 처리기체를 취입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄용탕 속에서 수소기체 및 비금속개재물을 제거하는 알루미늄 용탕의 처리방법.
