Claims (2)

  1. 물로된 초미세 소적을 공기에 부유시키는 것으로서, 직경 0.2~8mm, 바람직하기는 0.5~3mm인 다수의 노즐이 있는 물분사파이프를 이용하여 0.3~5.5kg/㎠, 바람직하게는 0.5~2.5kg/㎠의 게이지 압력으로 물을 상기 노즐로부터 10~150㎝ 거리에 위치한 측벽을 향하여 분무실에 분사하여 상기 물을 초미세 소적으로 분무시키고, 상기 분무실에 공기를 통과시켜 공기의 단위 입방피트당 입도 0.5미크론 이하의 초미세 소적을 2,000,000이상, 바람직하기는 5,000,000이상, 더욱 바람직하기는 10,000,000이상 포함시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 초미세소적 부유공기의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항의 방법으로 얻은 초미세소적 부유공기를 실내로 보내어 실내를 청정하는 방법.
